The teenagers there love to not stamp it twice like they’re supposed to when it’s below the temperature listed (48??) and also like to not stamp the free shirt punch card as a team when friends order with you (though it says you can do team punch) teenagers… aside from that, typical Bahama bucks. Pretty friendly, loads of flavors. Always get the order right at least. Haven’t gotten a wrong order yet.

LOVEEEE this place. I was so happy when this location opened! Just make sure to get your snowball with extra juice, because sometimes they can be a little on the dry side. Only had a problem a few times and when I spoke with the manager he made sure to handle the problem swiftly!

If you’re looking for just shaved ice, the ice stand next door will do just fine at a lower price. But BB has more options, smoothies, and indoor seating and bathrooms. Nice treat either way. Staff here not too knowledgable about product ingredients, but they at least knew where to find an ingredient sheet. Friendly people.

I knew Bahama Bucks was special when I ate my piña colada — the ice was so feathery with no ice chunks. I just didn’t realize that the Allen location was superior — but after going to the Plano location with chunks of ice… then in seeing that Plano had 3 stars and Allen 4.5, I understood why.

Yummy! My kids beg everyday for Bahama bucks! So happy there is one in Allen now since we use to drive to Murphy to have to get one!

Amazing, but DON’T order the «thin ice.» For some crazy reason the consistency of the «sno» changes with the «thin ice»
Other than that it’s amazing.

Best shaved ice place I’ve ever been to! If you are having a bad day this place will definitely turn it around! The ice is shaved so fine it is basically like eating freshly fallen snow. This is the place to go! If you don’t like a lot of syrup just remember to ask the cashier for light syrup, they will take good care if you!

I would gladly give this place three stars, if it wasn’t so hit or miss. Sometimes you go and you get a wonderful cup of syrupy goodness. Other times, it seems like they put two drops of syrups in the entire snow cone. I shouldn’t take one spoonful of the snocone and see a white center. The other day, I asked the person working the window to add more syrup to my snocone and I seriously think he added one tiny drop. There was still no syrup in the bottom. At 2.58 cents for a baby size, I think you can afford to not be stingy with the syrup. Were it not for that recurring issue, I would give this place five stars easily!

Love this place! Friendly staff that thanked us for coming in. Amazing sno-​cones!!! We can’t wait to try all the different flavors! Prices are cheap and the place is fabulous for kids of all ages!

The employees are great and the snow cones are crazy awesome! I’ve been numerous times since it opened and have always had a pleasant experience. I also really appreciate the sugar free options. Now if they could just find a fix for brain freeze…
