Great tacos. Great location. Fred, the owner, is energetic, optimistic and all around good guy. He is working hard for your business and it shows. Tuesday is Taco Tuesday. (Hint: that means discount!). Very clean. Very bright. Feel good about grabbing some yummy tacos here. I would give 5 stars if there was a salsa bar like Taco Mayo has. Maybe someday. Nonetheless a great place to get some tacos fast.

Restaurant is always clean and the food is about as good as it gets for a QSR. Fred, the owner, is here most of the time and works hard to make sure his customers have an enjoyable dining experience. The staff has been friendly every time I visit… Good vibes at Taco Casa.

Pretty good! I really like the taste of their red sauce and they PILE on the cheese! (That’s what keeps me going back!) would rather stab myself in the ears than hear the God awful country music they play (in a Mexican fast food place??) so make sure you do drive through or to go! Always pretty good. Ordered the super Nachos once in drive through, they gave me a plate of tortilla chips, with small side cups of cheese, sour cream, jalapeños, and meat. So I make it myself? That was odd, but other than that taco casa is a yes from me.

STRICT HOT SAUCE PACKET POLICY. They will tell you on the intercom when placing an order your limit.
This will more than likely be ignored by the owner with no action taken. I am using the excellent forum of Unilocal to relay the negative experience at this location. I was denied my request for extra «hot sauce». There is a strict policy regarding the amount a customer is allowed to put on a taco. The owner, Fred, stated he could over-​ride the policy. He said it was created because some customers will ask for 10 packets for 1 taco. This did not apply to my order. I did not want the employee to face repercussions for violating this policy. I was a twice a week customer to this location. I will never enter this location again. I don’t feel like bringing my own salsa or hot sauce. The owner (Fred) closed in saying «do whatever ya gotta do» as I was leaving. I will eat at the other locations. Thanks.

Tacos taste like what I make at home but the nachos are horrid (and expensive for what you get). So because we make as good at home, why bother paying someone we to do it? Menu is small so we find its just not worth it.

I really like Taco Casa, But the one In Allen seems like the food comes out luke warm. I called the home office, and the last time I went in it was hotter. small menu, but every item is really good. 4 stars for now until I’m sure they got the food coming out really warm.

Really like Taco Casa! The food is very filling, so be careful and don’t get carried away. Order the Taco Lite if you’re wanting a small Taco Salad «like» food item. Lost a star cause they can kind of go crazy with the cheese.

I had a soft taco. It was pretty good. Nothing spectacular. I think the quality of ingredients is slightly better than Taco Bell and Taco Bueno, but the taste I would say is average. I think I still rather stick to the Taco Bell soft taco which is cheaper.

Just experienced something so strange here. I ordered a large tea at the dine-​in counter, and was told they were out of large cups. I can see a stack of large cups right by the drive thru window, and the lady at the front said those are for drive thru customers only, and dine-​in only has medium. That is the strangest thing to me, and hope it isn’t a company policy, because my son is playing baseball behind this location and the drink was the main reason I stopped in.

Being new to Texas I’ve been on a streak of finding new restaurants. Today, while out and about I had a sudden craving for fast Mexican. I would usually hit up a Taco Bell or a Taco Bueno, but Taco Casa just happen to be along my journey home, and so I though I would swing in and it give it a go! I had no idea what I was in store for. I ordered just simple menu items, a few tacos, burritos and some nachos. I wish I knew how much I was actually getting. Usually this was enough food when I ordered any place else, but at Taco Casa it was way more then I could devour and much more tasty. The only complaint I have is the cheese sauce has no flavor. The tortilla chips where delicious and the tacos where very filling. I can definitely make Taco Casa a choice when I need some fast Mexican. Plus, they where super quick make my order and the young lady at the front counter was amazing!

Basically the same food you can get at Taco Bell only more expensive. Usually I drive thru these type places looking for a quick and convenient hunger fix at a bargain price
The taco was good with decent meat and a lot of good cheese. The burrito was nice size with plenty of ingredients but cold.
All in all if passing by go here otherwise save a couple of bucks for similar food elsewhere

Absolutely love taco casa, unlike other taco shops that are not gracious with their toppings taco casa loads it up. Their menu isn’t over the top, so don’t get your hopes up with that, but I’ve tried everything they have. It’s simple Tex Mex fast food, but it’s pleasing to my taste buds. I eat at this location at least twice a week. The bean burritos are on point. Then wash it down with a sweet tea.

This is the In N Out of tacos! Taco Casa is so incredibly awesome, several of us at work have dedicated (at least) one day a week to eat here. Their menu is simple, all the ingredients are fresh, and the restaurant is very clean. All of this with a friendly staff and very affordable prices. It’s also nice to see a restaurant that doesn’t skimp out on portions either. Taco Casa rocks!!!

Love delicious tacos? Hate getting skimped on ingredient portions? Don’t want explosive diarrhea? Eat here. You won’t regret it.

I was really happy to see Taco Casa open in our area. Another choice outside of Taco Bell and Taco Bueno is always good. I have never tried Taco Casa before, but we had heard nothing but good things. I tried the Super Taco, Super Burrito, and an order of Frijoles. I have to say I was pretty pleased overall with everything I ordered. First, when they include «Super» in the item description they mean it. The taco had an ample portion of meat to it, and was also loaded with lettuce, tomatoes, and shredded cheese. The shell was crisp and fresh. Light years better than the other fast food places. The Super Burrito was a large tortilla packed with meat, sour cream, cheese, red sauce, tomatoes, cheese, lettuce, and black olives. Loved that as well. It was another excellent choice. The Frijoles were excellent. Definitely not the thimble sized container that Taco Bell is serving these days. This was a moderately sized cup with beans, red sauce, and a load of shredded cheddar cheese.
My wife, unfortunately wasn’t that pleased with the super nachos that she ordered. I got our order to go, so the nachos came pretty much as a build-​your-​own variety. One container had the chips and a cup of cheese. Another container contained the meat, sour cream, and beans. I think the intention is good in them wanting the chips to stay crisp. However, in reality most of the toppings were cold by time I got home, Plus, having to put everything together after spending $ 6.50 was a disappointment.
I’ll definitely give this another try. The price is a little higher than what you would spend at Taco Bueno, however the portions and quality make it worthwhile. One hope that I have is that they add some chicken options sometime in the future.

Thank you Thank You Thank You! I love Taco Casa! I have been stalking the area for months since I saw the sign that they were building one here. Went last week and it was Awesome! No more nasty old Taco Bell for this girl!
