Brooks is always solid stuff and I drop by this store every once in a while. There are always basics to round out any holes you have. I have gotten some reasonable suits here and handfuls of ties. They sometimes have cool stuff that the West Village store doesn’t have like repp stripe wallets. The only problem I have had is the staff can vary in helpfulness. some people I have worked with have been topnotch but there are incidents worth mentioning. Yesterday, a brunette saleswoman rudely interrupted a lady shopping and listening pretty somberly on her phone to tell her that she a size tag hanging out and then went off muttering about the shopper. Not cool. And another time I was in, there was a guy who had been waiting with stacks of things he wanted to try on and the staff blew him off to give all kinds of help to [maybe a little better dressed etc] me. So maybe a little respect for shoppers, but the clothes are great, prices are good and you can get in and out of here quickly.

Needed suits, shirts, and ties, and I absolutely hate shopping. But Wayne was unbelievably helpful, so in the matter of little over an hour, I found 2 awesome suits, 4 ties, and 3 shirts. I highly recommend going here if you need clothing!

Fought the crazy winding line of cars to get into this place at the Allen Outlet Shops. (I so wish they’d put in some better entrance/​exits.) Found exactly what I was looking for and WAY on sale! Service is always great. In fact, if you can’t brave the traffic, you can call them and they’ll ship out your goodies for free!
