This Cleaner is unresponsive to multiple requests about lost items. I have never been reimbursed for items not returned to me. I have not received any type of response from anyone there regarding my lost clothes. Additionally, it doesn’t look like anyone is very happy to be working there. Not that I blame them. I have given them multiple chances due to the location and the environmentally friendly method, but I’m done. I can’t get anything out of these people, and for the price I pay, and the clothes they’ve lost, it’s definitely not worth it.

We recently moved to the area and have been trying(without much luck) to find a new dry cleaners. All of our items seemed to be cleaned well and looked good but they were very expensive. For now we will keep looking…

I’ve been using this Comet location ever since they opened. I’ve had very few issues along the way but lately it’s just a waste of time. They consistently break the collar and/or the top buttons on my shirts. I have to then return the shirt with the matching button for them to replace. Even after providing the matching button they use a different button that sticks out like a sore thumb. If they do match the button they only use white thread or they have to send the shirt out to match the thread. They tend to keep my shirts tied up in this cycle more than I get to wear them. It’s the little things that matter and yes matching buttons is important to me yet seemingly less important to Comet.

I’ve upped my review from 1 star to 3. At times they misplace my things, but at least they credit me when they do it. And I always eventually get my stuff… I’ve tried other cleaners and they all kinda stink too. Hoping my experience gets better and better cuz I just keep going here cuz it’s convenient.
