ZERO STARS and they earned it. Apparently it’s alright to bring in new clothing, allow the cleaners to ruin them, and then have it be the customers fault. Poor work to say the least. They took no responsibility and when I offered to keep my 100 dollar a month dry cleaning bill at their business if they just gave me a dry cleaning credit for the clothes they ruined… they weren’t interested in my business. I’m a laid back guy and a business professional and DRY CLEAN WORLD is an embarrassment.
