Terrell’s Dry Cleaning

I moved to the area not long ago and tried several other dry cleaners before I found Terrell’s. All the others fell short or were too expensive. Terrell’s has great quality and great pricing. The staff is friendly, the service is great and I have been really pleased with quality!

These guys and girls are amazing!!! I had a total of 7 items one of which was a Navy Peacoat. This Peacoat was full of cat hair (that another dry cleaner couldn’t clean.) Not only was it clean but all of the items were done in less than 24 hours… and on top of that the total was less than $ 25.
I will continue to come here even if I move out of the area.

I had several suits altered at Terrell’s dry cleaning and the work was fantastic!

I have been using Terrell’s Dry Cleaning since I moved to Allen back in 1992 and I have never had any issues with the staff or the quality of work performed here. My recent experience prompted me to write this review. I had just returned from vacation and dropped off several silk shirts. One of the shirts, a white Tommy Bahama shirt had a large dark stain across lower back caused by the dye of my black belt. I thought for sure the shirt was ruined. When the shirt came back the stain was still very visible. I asked for a redo with little hope that the stain would come out. I returned on numerous occasions to pick the shirt up but was told that they were still working on the stain. After about 2 weeks the shirt was ready and low and behold the stain was almost completely gone. These guys did a great job, far above and beyond my expectations.

The manager here is really on top of it, it’s mostly a young staff from the local high school but the manager does a great job of keeping everything moving. I’ve always received my clothes back in excellent condition and they really take good care of the clothes and package them well. All of the bags, the hangers, and paper they use to make sure your clothes look good when you get them back are that «extra mile» that customers really appreciate.
It’s also a locally owned business, so definitely give these guys your support instead of one of the big chain drive-​thrus! You won’t regret it!

I have been looking for a great dry cleaner that really pays attention to detail and does a great job. I have finally found them. My laundry and dry cleaning always look fantastic. They are ready when promised, and the prices are reasonable because they offer a coupon.
