This store always gets orders wrong or forgets items in the drive thru. I’m not sure how it happens but you HAVETO check it at the window. If you try to go inside to fix, they hassle you. When ordering, make sure to specify GROUNDBEEF, otherwise you will bean. I ask them to repeat back too now, and they have still messed up. The only reason we still go to Bueno is for tortilla soup… Which earned the 1-star. Nice job, gang… You are better off driving another two blocks to Taco Cabana… Service is better, and they care.

Fast, easy, plenty to choose from, and consistently good. I find most people are in one of two camps; Bell or Bueno. My family is 100% Bueno. This location is one of the better ones in the area; cleaner and faster service. The food is done well with fewer mistakes than any others

Went thru the drive thru for breakfast on Monday. I was excited to find that T.B. served breakfast. The pictures on the menu look so good. I got sucked in. I ordered a Sausage and egg breakfsat burrito. The item was hot and crispy on the outside having been grilled. My question was when was the filling of sausage and egg made. It wasn’t as hot as the toasted outside tortilla. Taste was O.k., but I couldn’t find much sausage in the burrito. Come to think of it, for the price, there wasn’t much egg either. I felt a little ripped off. I would NOT do breakfast here again. I will give my business to Whataburger, down the road, who makes the best sausage and egg Taquito’s with cheese for breakfast. Awesome! BTW! The best, cheapest, breakfast hands down is the Breakfast jack for $ 1, at Jack in the Box. Can’t be beat!

Ok for fast food. Fresh and good serving size. My only complaint that we ordered the Mexi dip and chips. It came with like 12 chips. Went up to order a bag of chips and they gave me a number instead of just handing us a bag… there was no one else in line or ahead of us. Restaurant could be a little cleaner.

Literally a cheaper version of Taco Bell. I did love the cleanliness of the location which is why I gave this place at least two stars. My boyfriend and I ordered the 5 for $ 5 deal. The taco was as basic as you can get, the bean burrito didn’t play, you literally get a tortilla with HELLA beans only. The quesadilla literally had just cheese, and«party nachos» had just cheese and beans… SUPERBASIC. I’d probably come here if I’m super broke it something but I’d never willing come here because I’m craving it.

ahhhh Taco Bueno you have been so good to me throughout all my life. I have been eating Taco Bueno since 1990 something and it never fails. The bean burritos must have crack in them because they are extremely addictive. If eating clean all week wasn’t a concern I’d be here everyday for lunch. The new Allen location is much nicer than most of the other ones throughout Dallas. I rolled into the drive-through around 11:00pm and ordered the number one. My food was ready in less than a minute and I was on my way. There is not much to say about the food here, It’s strangely addicting for some reason. I’ve never had a bad meal here so Taco Bueno deserves a 4 bright stars out of 5! Cheers.

Impressive manager! I told him he was the only person who was able tell me if cinnamon twist were flour and corn. He responded by saying he ‘was the manager and needed to do a better job of training the staff then.‘ I said doubt worry, I never asked at this location. He said he’ managed several locations so he needed to a better job at the others then.‘ Wow! Take responsibility much?! If I owned restaurant, this is the kind of manager I would like to have run in mine.

While the food is always good the service leaves much to be desired. Almost EVERY order I have placed from the drive thru has items missing from it. It’s very frustrating to get home and not have all the food you have paid for in the bag. If it only happened occasionally I wouldn’t mind, but this store clearly has an issue with it. How hard is it to get a drive thru order correct? Management doesn’t seem to care about this issue because I have complained several times. Very frustrating!

The location is so convenient, but we finally stopped going here because there was something wrong or missing from our order every time we went.

Disgusting. probably the worst food I’ve had. Charred meat, stale rice, vegetables that tasted frozen. Not very fresh. The staff all look pissed off all the time. Basically just toss the bag of food to you with a fake little«Thank you» at the end of their sentence.

Zero stars! Every time I go the employees are annoyed and hate to help. Tonight we got the manager in the drive thru and he was just as bad. Thinking if that’s how he acts then his employees will follow suit. Disappointed in this new Taco Burno :(

Typically I LOVE Bueno. This new set up in Allen left me thinking I may never eat at Bueno again. Seems that they are trying to imitate Freebird’s or Chipotle with all of the food options there in front you. It was a disgusting sight, the people serving that night appeared to wish they were somewhere else & just slopped the food around. No smiles, no cleanliness, just slop. I have never been SO turned off by an eating establishment. So gross! I hope they don’t try this set up all ALL of the Buenos.

I love the salsa, always have. As far as fast food goes, I’m a Buenohead. My standard is a combo burrito, crispy taco and a drink. That’s hand food for driving.
