I came in for my state inspection for the first time. They were quick and I got a complimentary car wash which was very nice and unexpected. I love it! I will come back to get my oil change here next time instead of going to the horrible Mazda dealership service center in Richardson.

We have been taking out vehicles to Waterfalls Auto for the past 5 years. The guys are courteous, quick, and do a thorough job every time. Recently we had a tune up, oil change and some break work done on our van. We are very pleased with their work and competitive prices. Also every time we get something done, they wash our car and vacuum the interior. We will not go anywhere else, these guys are good!

Quick and friendly service! I got an oil change and a free car wash for about $ 30 after using a coupon. As long as the prices don’t change too much I will definitely be back! Also got a free car air freshener after getting everything done, hard to find a place like this nowadays.

Only place I found near my house that was open on Sunday. Extremely friendly and hard-​working staff. Free car wash with oil change and clean waiting area with the Cowboys on TV, but not too loud.

My car needed an oil change and this place did it’s job. I got a free car wash with my oil change service. They also have a check-​in deal for any service! I got the 5k oil for $ 45 plus a free car wash. The guys were really friendly and explained all the options. I may be weird but I thought the workers look like soccer players. Off the subject but you’ll see when you walk in. The place was packed, cars came in after another. After my car got cleaned it ran well no problems whatsoever.

I am a huge fan! Such a great team and they really go the extra mile to make sure your service meets/​exceeds expectations. Unfortunately, I have an older car that requires a lot of attention. The team at Waterfalls Lube Center is always willing to help in any way they can, whether it be driving me back to work or offering very competitive pricing. While I am frustrated to have so many car issues, I am fortunate that a place like Waterfalls Lube Center exists to make it easier! Thanks, guys!

I’ve been taking my cars to Waterfalls for 3 ½ years. I’ve also recommended it to friends and family, as I have had great experiences each and every time. Sam and Tony really know cars and take pride in their work. It can get hectic around there on Saturdays, especially between 11 and 2, so it’s best to go early or later in the day. When you get your oil changed, you always get a free car wash. I’ve had lots of maintenance done on my cars over the years but Waterfalls is hands down the only place to go. I live in Addison and make the drive to Allen because it’s worth it!
