Extremely cleanly environment. Staff are sure to great you when you arrive and thank you before you go. As someone new to the area, I’ve quickly become a regular and can say the visits have have helped me get used to living so far from home. The food is always fresh, accurate and quickly prepared. If you don’t know what to eat; just ask… They’re very helpful!

Love Jimmy John’s. The Vito is my favorite. Thinny chips are great. Fresh baked bread. Fast service. That’s it people. Get over yourselves and enjoy Jimmy John’s. It’s the Lehigh Valley after all… where else are you going to go around this place?

Sub was good but not great, if your a first timer, get ready to feel rushed they acted like they don’t have time to wait for you to decide. The menu was high over the check out. Good sandwich

No pickles on sandwich(or with sandwich). I decided to give them a try. Prices seemed fair and the place was nice. I asked for a sandwich, and when the cashier asked what I wanted on it I said pickles. I was charged over a dollar. I kept getting a run-around with the cashier about how I can’t get pickles with the sandwich unless I pay extra for a ½ or full slice. I guess pickles are not included, but then they were telling me I could get either a drink or cookie with my sandwich. Its not a combo, its a sandwich. Looking over the menu later on, pickles are not listed so I am guessing they are not included? Well, I have always been able to get pickles on all sandwiches I have ever ordered at other places so I was really thrown off guard here. I left and went somewhere else.

I came in late afternoon for a quick meal & freaky fast experience from my Urbana-champaign days. I’m offered to wait for the baking bread or slice of bread… My craving wanted the usual sub. And I sit down to write this disappointing freaky fast review and i noticed the store manager walks to me hands out a coupon for a free sub next time… so bumped the two star to three.

Jimmy Johns serves a very basic hoagie or sandwich. I’m not sure why they have gourmet in their name? The bread is good(baked fresh), the quality of the meat, cheese, lettuce, and all the other ingredients is also good but there’s nothing gourmet or exciting about what they’re serving here. I like this place and I’ve been here many times. It’s just a good sandwich at a good price and sometimes that’s all you need.

The number ten Hunters Club roast beef, lettuce, tomatoes, and mayonnaise is great. The employees greet customers and send customers off with a few kind words. Service is friendly and fast.

My wife and I got 8 inch subs(Italian and turkey) for $ 4.89 each. Great deal! The french roll was much better than Primos and Subway. Plus the staff was very polite and friendly.

Love these subs, fast and friendly service! But, not quite sure why the napkins and sugar for tea are behind the counter. I should get a complimentary napkin with my sub!

Jimmy johns is delicious, fast and top quality. The bread is fresh baked and soft. Their French rolls are chewy and light. All of their vegetables and freshly sliced and crisp. The meats and cheeses are very good quality. I like to order my sandwich online as it has easy ways to customize your sandwich. I always add double vegetables and mustard. It really is healthy and filling. They don’t skimp you here. The workers at this location are very friendly, just like at other locations. They value their employees and select personable people so I’ve never had a bad jimmy johns experience no matter if I’ve been in PA or CA.

Very disappointing. The 7 grain bread was consumed by the sandwich itself and the French bread roll was very soft and way too similar to a Subway roll. Another overhyped by their commercials sandwich shop. Primo is less than a mile away and worth the extra money.
