Time and time again, O’Reilly over on TV Hwy have gone out of their way to help me out on a busy Saturday. I am grateful for Jesus and the staff at O’Reilly for helping me fix my headlight and air filter. I can always count on them to help me with my car needs. I’ll be going back.

Never again will I shop here for parts, customer service was horrible. It took 2 weeks to get my refund for parts. Management blamed me for the delay. What a coincidence after I complained, the next morning I received my refund. Suspicious.

I stopped in tonight to get a reading on why my Check Engine light was on. Mark came out to help me and he was awesome. He used words & terms I understood; he didn’t make me feel dumb for not knowing anything about cars; he gave me some great advice; & he did a quick-​fix to help me out until I could get to a mechanic. Oh, & he didn’t try to sell me on some expensive B.S. part either. He went above & beyond which I have come to expect each time I’ve stopped in at this O’Reilly’s. Thank you!

I was here to have my car diagnosed because there was a blinking light in my car about something wrong with the engine, i was so amazed at the friendliness and the high quality of customer service. The person who helped me was Brian and he was unbelievably helpful and knowledgeable. He suggested that I change the sparkplugs so he advised me on which plugs to buy I bought them and when I went to my mechanic he confirmed that I needed to change them. But it cost me less since I already knew what it was. So I am extremely satisfied with the impeccable service received here and I definitely recommend it. This location is the best. !!

thw worst time i ever had at an auto part store noone knew anything about parts had to go back 4 times to keep switching out cause they kept giving us the wrong parts and the workers kept joking about it like it was funny that they kept messing up worst service ever will never go to o reilly’s again

Thanks for helping me fix Chevrons air compressor. You helped me fix it for only $ 3 and that is 1million times more then management at Chevron did for me with a flat tire. I have nothing good to say about your neighboring Chevron. let me iterate this again: You Rock and chevron doesn’t, they left me stranded and you got down to business.
