interestingly, I went here because of the positive reviews, however The owner, Rick, was extremely rude, negative and argumentive he even told me to, «walk.» I asked about an item with no price on it. He asked how much I had seen it for, I told him the cost on the Internet, he made an unnecessary comment about kids buying instruments from internet and goes into this long spiel about me not buying local and asked if my kids would be sending their instruments to India for repair. I ignored that, then he offered me the stand for 2.00 more than I saw it for. I thanked him and said no thanks. Then he starts up again about buying over the Internet and the 2:00 difference, and what I think the future looks like if I keep buying on Amazon instead of local. My response was, «Ok, you offered me a price I said no thank you, and I’ not going to go back and forth with you about 2.00 or about your beliefs. He then actually told me, «Well, I’m going to have you walk, «as he came from behind the counter and held the door open! I asked, what kind of business person are you to get an attitude over 2.00, why couldn’t you just let it go after I said no thank you. He continued to go on about buying from Internet and, services in other countries, then said to me, ” leave ! «The man was really ignorant. I said, «ok enough, I’m not to argue or go on about 2.00, I’m just going to go home and write a review about you and your shop on the, internet.»

Also known as «Aloha Music». I was referred to this place by a few different people, but also checked out Five Star Guitars and Guitarfish when my daughter decided she really really wanted a guitar and guitar lessons. I was immediately comfortable here and the owner is so knowledgable and provides outstanding customer service. It took me a while to find his shop– but I’m so glad I did. If you are looking for personalized customer service by someone who is completely knowledgable and helpful and genuinely loves what he does (and they have competetive pricing!) you have to visit Aloha Music!

Fantastic customer service! Rick takes his time with each customer to ensure you get exactly what you need. He truly cares about his customers, especially students developing a love of music. We can’t imagine going anywhere else. It is inside the mall area in the Big Lots shopping center on TV Highway.

Very friendly customer service. He was very friendly to my daughter. Good not great selection of instruments. Fair prices especially considering that larger music retailers probably get better pricing from the top. I definitely would go back. Kind of hidden in Aloha above Underground bar.

Purchased a new trumpet from Rick. Amazing customer service, professional who knows his stuff! Highly recommend!
