Serenity Vapor Lounge

One of the nicest vape lounges I’ve been in (and I travel). Full size (aspire or like tank) vape flavor testers, and staff that actually knows their stuff.

Great vape shop! My favorite without a doubt. They’re always friendly and knowledgeable. Doesn’t matter if you’re new to vaping or a vape enthusiast, they can and will help you in a friendly manner. Serenity also has a great variety of flavors and a laidback atmosphere with an area taste test.
I bought my first ego twist from here, but it stopped working a week later for no apparent reason. I went in and Jon couldn’t have been more helpful. He looked it over, saw that I hadn’t broken or mistreated it, but couldn’t find the issue. So he replaced my ego, which probably kept me from becoming discouraged with vaping. They really care about customer satisfaction there, I would and do recommend Serenity Vapor to everybody.
The negative reviews for this place are absurd. Mech mods are something that you have to use properly, and know about to do so. Eddie C. sounds like he shorted his battery out then left it in the mod, which is user error times two. If you short your battery (which shouldn’t happen unless you do something wrong like put it in upside down) you need to take it out right away, then put it outside or in a bucket of water because it’s likely to have a meltdown or explode. That’s a no brainer, no wonder his mod and battery are toast. Pat F. probably is using an outdated pen and sounds overly sensitive, if there’s a much better product out there for 40 bucks then why not upgrade? I seriously doubt someone was blowing vapor directly at his face. As is usual in rooms that contain multiple vapers, the whole place is hazy from everyone vaping in there. Sometimes a cloud drifts your way, it happens when you vape indoors, there’s no need to cry about it.

I stopped in this shop (after grabbing a pizza next door) to pick up some e-​juice. I’m relatively new to vaping but have learned quite a bit about it in the 6 months I’ve been off of cigarettes after smoking for 40 years.
The guy that helped us was flat-​out rude. He told us our e-​cigs were outdated in an attempt to get us to upgrade, and suggested a specific brand of juice that was relatively more expensive than other brands I’ve purchased. That’s salesmanship, and I can live with that.
What bothered me was the whole time we were there, he was vaping and blowing HUGE clouds of «smoke» right in our faces. Several times. This might be acceptable to the new wave of «smokers» but to an old fart like me, it’s just plain RUDE. If this is his way of displaying the thick, flavorful vapor the juice and paraphernalia provide, I’ll pass and I should have. I bought the juice anyway, and it is indeed good. I just won’t be getting that or anything else there again.

This is a great place to go for your vaping needs. Jordan was very helpful and has a wide variety of juices to choose from; more than any other vape shop I’ve been to yet. I’ll definitely be back.

Jon was able to set up this first time vaper with a decent unit at what I believe was a decent price. He also let me try out many different ‘flavors’ of juice until I found a couple I really liked. Great service and I appreciate his taking the time to explain everything. If I’m in the area again I will go back to stock up on more juices.

Such an amazing shop. Jordan was great helping us on juice flavors and brands also showed us new items for vape pens and batteries. Will definitely be back. Also a super relaxing environment with the comfy couches and tasting bar. Good job guys!!!

I’ve been to a few different vape shops in the area and I really like this one! From the atmosphere, to the staff, to the vibe, to the products and most importantly the prices. I just picked up a new mod and I already love it! I don’t know why is show high dollar for prices on there because I found the prices here were very competitive and on top of that I am an avid Unilocal user so I got the $ 35 for $ 25 on here. My first experience was great. I’ll be back soon that is a guarantee!
