Service lacking. Floor was wet from mopping and I almost had a slip and fall. I made the mistake of ordering a ham and cheese croissant which was practically inedible. The donuts were good though.

SLOWEST. PLACE. EVER. Can someone please explain how it takes almost twenty minutes after ordering to get a small black coffee & a side of hash browns? Good lord. It’s bad enough that I stand in line for 15 minutes because your employees don’t know how to run the register, but then after waiting another short eternity, my coffee is room temp at best, and the hash browns look like someone ate them & spit them back up into the bag. For anyone reading this, do yourself a favor. Save your time, and your money and go literally anywhere else that sells food and coffee.

This location has good powdered donut holes. The food isn’t that bad. The lobby is not the cleanest-when I have gone. Something about it doesn’t strike me as being, «the best.» Everything tastes fine, though.

I’ve never been in a DD before, and I’m not a donut dude, but I had an urge to splurge on a donut and I booked it down to the dunkin. Ok, so the service was friendly, the coffee was ok, the place was kinda messy and the donuts were meh. Was I expecting more? Yah. I’m disappointed in the dunkin. Soooooo…at the end of the day, the bottom line is… I won’t be doin the dunkin for donuts or coffee anytime soon. But that’s just me. I’m not criticizing, but if I’m gonna do a donut, it wont be dunkin. Just sayin … lol

Dunkin’ Donuts Corporation should change the name of this donut shop to incredible shrinking doughnut. We ordered a Bavarian cream and a jelly doughnut, there was hardly any filling to even classify them as a barbarian cream or jelly donut. This is clearly not the Dunkin’ Donuts of yesteryear. Not a good value — higher prices smaller donuts.

Been here 3 times and had only one good experiences. Inventory in the morning not good. Hot coffees not hot. They just don’t seemed to care to me. Disappointed in this DD. (Updated — Raised to 2 stars) If I stick to just what DD is good at, Donuts, then it’s all good. Went a fourth time(hey it’s convenient) with my daughter and just got a donut, a muffin and a chocolate milk. Thumbs up experience… so I’m increasing my 1-star. Stick to what their good at. Customer service still meh…

This Dunkin location seems to have done what is necessary to make improvements on the accuracy of orders. Service has been great the last several times I have ordered coffee and food. No errors.

I didn’t review the first time I visited, it was not good but I attributed it to the place being brand new. After it was open for several months I went back. No change, the problem, the place is a donut joint, both times they were out of some donuts and the donuts I ended up choosing were not«fresh», I am not saying they were stale but not the quality you expect for a donut shop. I wont be going back and I wont give them another chance.

«Donuts. Is there anything they can’t do?» Homer Simpson(Matt Groening) Newest location in Alpharetta for that donut fix! While not boutique donuts, there are always new seasonal specialties as well as the tried and true standards to be had. Dunkin Donuts coffee has also earned a spot in my heart, with their dark roast and the free sample of pumpkin latte I was offered. This location is new, clean, and bright. Service at the counter is friendly. The manager, Thomas, is super attentive and offered me and every guest the aforementioned sample. Yup, I’m a fan!
