The food and service here was great. We had the Classic and the Hash Benedict. The home fries were very tasty. Cleanliness very high. Enjoyed our waitress, Berenice!

The Patty O’Brian(cornbeef hash omelette), was the best I’ve had. Was with a group of 10, all had positive words.

My wife and I ate here on a Sunday morning on a recent trip to Alpharetta. It was pretty busy and we had to wait a few minutes for a table, always a good sign. Our waitress Marciela was friendly and attentive. I had the Three Little Deuces(2 eggs, 2 pancakes, 2 sausage links) and my wife ordered the Little Waffle in the Henhouse(waffle, eggs, and sausage links). Everything came out nice and hot and was tasty. The place was even busier by the time we left, with people even waiting outside. Ironically, this is a South Carolina-based chain but we don’t have a location in the Rock Hill area(that needs to be remedied!), so our first experience eating at one was in Georgia… go figure.

Met friends there and has a slight wait on a Sunday morning. Three in the party ordered different omelettes and all raved on how light and fluffy they were. I had the hash and eggs and they was perfectly cooked. The waitress was excellent and we received our quickly. I highly recommend this restaurant and plan to return in the near future.

This place had a decent breakfast. Overall my egg whites and turkey bacon were a little greasy. Grits were great. Home fries a little burnt. Cobb salad was also ok. Cut back on the oil I think. My sons grilled cheese was to greasy for him. The place was also dirty. Not bad for a quick breakfast if in the area. Waffle House is probably cleaner.

Drove all the way here this morning because of the reviews and nope, not coming back here again. Food was ok. I ordered the Bagel sandwich, hubs ordered something that came with corned beef. Sorry can’t recall the name. But there was nothing to shout about. Loved the varieties the menu offered, but other than that, nothing special. Server was not friendly. Just professional — served for the sake of serving, smiled for the sake of smiling. Really didn’t live up to the raving reviews on Unilocal.I understand you guys were busy, but that’s not a reason to give such lukewarm service. Greeter at the front? Not even a smile nor a friendly hello. Forget about ‘How can I help you’ or anything like that. Instead, we had to approach her, say good morning, we’d like a table for two. Not even a ‘thank you’! What a way to start our morning! We’ve been to busier places and have received friendlier services. And if your food is comparable to your competitors, the only way to stay above, is your service. Would I recommend this place to a friend? Nope, don’t think so.

Came in on a moderately busy holiday morning just before lunchtime. I wasn’t expecting much when I first walked into this place. It looked like a generic, run-of-the-mill franchise so I expected generic, run-of-the mill flavor and service. The first thing that stood out was the service. My server, I believe her name was Judy, was a real gem. She was cheerful, attentive, and even hit us with the occasional joke and quick wit as she waited on us. We kept the order simple with grits, scrambled eggs, pecan waffles, and a biscuit. Everything tasted fresh and made to order. The grits were smooth and buttery, bacon crispy(they asked our preference), and the pecan waffle prepared with the pecans IN the waffle batter like a respectable pecan waffle should be, not scattered on top. Another person, Mike the manager, deserves notable mention. I accidentally left my credit card there after breakfast and was looooong gone by the time I realized it. I wasn’t able to make it back to the restaurant until about 2 hrs after they closed for the day but Mike waited and after treating himself and his wife to a new wardrobe and some jewelry on my credit card(JUSTKIDDING; my card was declined before they got to the jewelry… KIDDINGAGAIN!), he greeted me at the door with my card in hand, safe and secure. I don’t live on this side of town but the good food and friendly wait staff would be enough to keep me coming back to this ‘spot on’ spot!

Perfect breakfast spot! Great food, service and location. Fosters Banana French Toast is the best I’ve had and the hash and eggs equally great. The house blend coffee is a great starter and the menu has all the morning classics as well as a couple of surprises.

What is the hype about? The place was packed with a 30 minute wait. The food was just hohum. Corned beef hash was the only unusual item and it was good. Weak coffee. French Toast was tiny and overcooked. Really sad when the crust is too hard to eat and left on the plate. There was just nothing outstanding to bring me back

This gem is a little far from our usual brunch selections but after a wet, cold, miserable trip to the«Crabapple Fest» we were so lucky to find you, Eggs Up. Large brunch spot with some super staff. Even though they were hopping on a Saturday morning we were seated quickly. Food came fast and it was GOOD! There is a large menu and they accommodate special orders(I like my eggs burnt). The whole place is bright and cheerful. It was a much needed retreat from that God-awful Crabapple Fest.

I am not a breakfast person. That being said, I enjoyed the food here so much. We came here on a Sat morning. Waited for 20 minutes before we were seated. We ordered southern omelette, loaded fries and tomato florentine. Tomato florentine is so light and fresh. Southern omelette was delicious. Loaded fries was our favorite because who would not like bacon, cheese and potatoes? Service was great… We had a young waitress with a positive fun attitude. The restaurant is simple but cute. I am definitely coming back here

So far so good. Choices are plentiful. Patty-o-sullivan grilled corn beef hash with swiss cheese to sweet potato pecan pancakes. I had an egg biscuit with a side of gravy and turkey sausage that was fantastic. This is a great alternative«bigger» chain breakfast spots, i.e. J. Christophers, Egg Harbour. They are a family restaurant so bring the kids. I saw a review regarding the reviewers«race» and I have to say you have better things to do than pull that card. I saw many ethnicities come and go and was not put off at all. All appeared to be happy and enjoying their food. *sigh I won’t write ANY review that may not have been perfect after coming just once. If hiccups happen address the issue and move forward. First time is about the food, presentation, service, etc… A+ on service A+ on food(prep., taste, choices) A+ presentation. Simple, delicious and worth it. 2 suggestions. Sugar in the raw and REAL cream on the table for coffee.

It is very hard for me to give a place 5 stars. This place deserves it. It is fairly new(less then a year old?). Everything we had was fantastic. I had a great omelette. Cooked perfectly and tasted awesome! It came with home fries and toast of course. Southern Style Sausage, onions, peppers and cheddar cheese. YUM! The service was great. Ciara was very quick and always checking up on us to make sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this place!

This is definitely the best omelet I’ve ever had! The portion was perfect, the sides were perfect and the meal was delicious! I was impressed. I ordered the Stir fry Veggie omelet. I love Stir fry veggies to begin with so when you put them in an omelet, it was perfection. It came with homes fries and toast of your choice. The home fries were beautifully seasoned and extremely tasty. Even the raisin toast was buttered and delicious. Our server, Ciara, was very attentive and refilled our beverages regularly. I can’t wait to come back here for breakfast again soon!

Fantastic food and people. Great neighborhood atmosphere. A restaurant that can properly cook eggs without being runny and bacon without burning it. Definitely will be back again soon.

Standard breakfast. Prices are reasonable. Limited menu. Good deal for kids under 10. Would have liked fresh squeezed juices.

I’m impressed, full, and didn’t break the bank. This place is hands down the best breakfast I’ve had in Atlanta. I feel like I have been searching my whole life for a delicious breakfast place and I have finally found it Hallelujah!!! The coffee was spot on. My eggs benedict was perfectly cooked and every bite was greatly enjoyed. The potatoes… just wow. Great flavor, not too greasy, no evidence they were ever on my plate! But I have to admit the best part of the meal was the sweet potato pecan pancake. I’ve never been a fan of pancakes but what I do love is sweet potatoes and pecans so I had to give it a try, and I’m sure glad I did. I have never in my life had a pancake like that. Sooooo good Do yourself a favor and try this place out it’s well worth it!

«All happiness depends on a leisurely breakfast.» John Gunther Have you ever just wanted to find a great breakfast spot? This is it. I’ve had the chance to come here a few times and I am definitely a fan. All the classics and traditional breakfast plates are here, with some house specialties such as their Sweet Potato Pecan Pancakes and Bananas Foster French Toast to brighten up the most important meal of the day. Their Tomato Florentine is an excellent Eggs Benedict dish. Their home fries are terrific. The coffee is a couple notches above average diner coffee, and they keep it full. I’ll be back!

[TL;DR] Good food, good prices, and diverse selection. This is where you go if you like places where the owner comes out to make sure your food was good. This place has some of the best home fries I’ve ever had. I was sorry I didn’t order it. However, since I had the corned beef hash, it seemed silly to have more potatoes with it. The hash was excellent. Definitely something I’d have again. I had it with a side of eggs and grits. There was really nothing extraordinary about the eggs or the grits, though. Just your standard breakfast fare. The sausage gravy has generous chunks of sausage in it. Very good. They have a diverse, complex menu. It’s categorized pretty well though so if you have a general idea of what you want, you can narrow your selection from that. For example, are you in the mood for a traditional breakfast? A breakfast sandwich maybe? An omelette? How about a burger? The service is relaxed and friendly, though, so be sure to ask your server if you need some reassurance on your order.
