Ridiculously slow. There is one car in front of me in the drive thru and I’ve been sitting here literally 20 minutes. Awful service. Comical how bad the service is.

DISGUSTING. Im mad i have to even give this one star. My food was absolutely cold, mushy and it took forever. I would at least think if their taking long, then their frying it fresh but NO. Tasted like they let it sit out all day. PLEASEPLEASE don’t go. Get this place shut down or something!

Worst. Service. Ever. We just left without even finishing our order because the guy taking out order was so rude and so incompetent. He also tried to say that they don’t make diet slushies even though their menu clearly lists them and I got on there just last week. How this location stays open is beyond me.

I arrived at this location at about 9:45 p.m. on Tuesday Nov. 10th. I placed my order which I had to repeat because the young lady did not get it right the first time and I could sense an attitude in her voice. There was a car next to me which I assumed was another patron but I later found out that it wasn’t. I went ahead and paid for my meal by card at the station. As 10:00 rolled around the lights went out and that’s when I started to grow irritated. I saw a young lady in a uniform(I should’ve asked her name but she had blue color in her hair) walk towards the car parked next to mine with a gentleman. She stood there and talked to the guy and then began to kiss him! So I immediately rolled down my window and said«ma’am I am still waiting on my food!» She just stared at me and then said«okay» and went around to the driver’s side of the car and continued talking. At that moment I got out of my car and went to the door where the employees are. I tapped on the glass door and they just looked at me and then looked away(I could also see my order sitting on the counter). I then proceeded to open the door and demanded a refund. The young man stated«ma’am your order has already been voided» I then told him to give me a receipt showing where I was not being charged and I also asked for a phone number so I could call to make a complaint. He then handed me the receipt and told me the number was on there. The service I received, or actually did not receive, was beyond horrible tonight. These kids lacked professionalism and I will never return there!

I had 2 orders of 6 pieces boneless wings, which goes BOGO free Monday nights. The food was good. And the lady who brought the order to my car was smiling. But the wait time was a bit longer than I expected, comparing my previous experiences in North Carolina. I would recommend this place to friends. Thank you.

Sonic has, what I believe as a lifelong addict of onion rings, are exceptionally delicious onion rings. Since the Roswell Sonic is strategically located on my way home from work I occasionally drive through for a bag of their OR’s. If they are cooked just right, they are a golden yellow color, nice and thick with a steamy onion ring under the crunchy crust. Yum! So imagine on three separate occasions the past week my dismay to place an order only to be told that«We are out of onion rings.» WTF. Is there an OR shortage? The third time they actually took my order, and as I sat drooling in my car a kid(aka: manager) comes out to deliver the news — out of OR’s. WTF! I ask why? He says the morning crew screwed up and they are trying to get new hires. Yeah, Ya think? Trump would fire them all. So I go there tonight with my wife, a niece and her friend for milk shakes. Good deal, half off shakes night. We go to sit on the patio and find the plastic-coated mesh tables were FILTHY. Sticky, cob webs in the holes — just plain filthy. So be forewarned Sonic fans, the Roswell Sonic is not worthy of a visit. Try calling their phone number on Unilocal — «out of service». No lie, and out of onion rings! At this rate they will soon be out of business — just like the ones that were in Alpharetta and Cumming. What’s an OR addict to do?

Terrible service as of the past 6 months. Horrible. I pressed the button and waited 5 minutes before anyone answered me. Then I was told it would take 15+ minutes for my food. There were only aboit 3 other cars there. This is hands down the worst Sonic I have ever been to. Please do not support it.

My wife and I pulled in one evening and ordered a couple of milkshakes. When we were given the total cost we happened to notice it was after 8:00PM and the half-price milkshake special had begun. We attempted to summon up the assistance of one of the carhops. Finally, we got a server’s attention and she offered to correct the price error. We waited and waited but nobody ever attended to us. We ended up driving off without completing our order. What a waste of time and lousy customer care.

I just sat in the damn drive through for 20 minutes and no one would answer the speaker when I drove up. Now I’m sitting in the park to order and no one is helping me. One poor girl working here running around. HIREMOREPEOPLE. It’s Saturday at noon, your sonic, so people are going to drive up for food. Wait, 25 minutes in and some kid just took my order with an attitude… There’s that service I was looking for

This place seems like it’s run by a bunch of kids. Not very friendly and I usually wait 10 – 20 minutes for a diet coke. I love sonic, but I won’t waste my time anymore. I do no recommend.

Arrived at 10:47pm on a Wednesday night, ordered and received our food within 10 minutes. Chicago dog is a good choice, because theres no messing that up. Corn dog and tots were freshly made. Was just sad that I had my heart set on a ½ price coconut cream pie shake, was going to order it to go and poof, the lights went black. Sonic got me this time. On the bright side, I probably saved 1000 extra calories. Overall service was quick and fast.

I recall the days when I was a «young buck» in the Atlanta area. My parents divorced early-on, so I was with my Dad on the weekends. As soon as he would pick me up from my Mom’s on a Friday night, we would drive to the Alpharetta area to Sonic. The sun would always be setting around that time… as we cruised in his burgundy Camaro, T-tops off, with The Eagles playing in the background. I typically go for the Bacon Cheeseburger with mayo only, Chili Cheese Tots and a Route 44 Cherry Limeade or Ocean Water with extra cherries. You simply cannot go wrong, folks.

The food is about what you would expect from a Sonic but this place is severely understaffed and poorly managed. Only three employees were working and around a dozen customers were waiting on their food. We waited around 30 minutes(what happened to FAST food!?!) to get our order. It’s shame the place isn’t better managed because my kids love going to Sonic and getting slushies. This one is only a mile from our house, but I don’t want to risk a long wait with kids squirmy kids.

I’ve been to quite a few Sonics, because, except for Dairy Queens, you can’t get a hot dog at a fast food place. When I lived in Texas for a decade, Sonic had the best burgers in(my admittedly small) town. This Sonic? This Sonic right here just sucks. Seriously. It takes them forever to make and deliver your food. For-ever. I kvetched in the original review about that«feature» of this location, but I’ve been back several times since then and the place is always insultingly slow. The last time that I went here will be the last time that I ever attempt to give them the benefit of a doubt. We pulled up at about 9:53 in the evening, next to another car in a slot. The music was so damned loud that I bitched about it to my girlfriend’s son. He pointed out that the noise wasn’t coming from the car next to us, but from Sonic’s outdoor speakers. I jabbed the«Call» or «Order» button about a dozen times(with polite pauses between each iteration… I wasn’t being impatient), got tired of getting no response, so I backed out to go through the drive-thru. Every light in and on the building was burning. There was no closed sign(s). There was no any indication whatsoever that this anus of the earth was anything but open for business. Patience worn thin, I only dithered at the drive-thru ordering speaker about 30 seconds without a welcome or other noise, then drove up to the window. Sat there. Nothing. Screw this. I pulled up a bit, got out of my truck, surveyed the windows and the door to look for a sign that listed the hours or said that the joint was closed. Nothing. So I went inside. And was met by idiocy. Idiot: «Can I help you?» Me: «Yeah, we’ve been here 10 minutes and you probably didn’t respond because you couldn’t hear anything over the cacophony of whatever it is that’s pumping out of the speakers out there. We need some milkshakes.» Idiot: «We closed at 10 o’clock and you must leave. Now. You aren’t allowed to be inside.» Me: *me Hulk!!1!* That’s an approximate paraphrasing of the exchange. As we were driving to Arby’s to get shakes, my gf’s son told me that they’ve been several times when this Sonic was out of milkshakes. WTF?! Never. Again. I don’t know if it is mismanagement or mental retardation, but this Sonic has persistent problems with its operation. Don’t even bother stopping. Go somewhere else and save yourself the disappointment and the heaping helpings of fail.

They don’t know how to make a Cherry Limeade with Mango and Peach, instead I get a cup filled with ice to the brim and 3 limes, no cherries, no cherry flavored coloring looks horrible. The staff here did not want to redo the order, I don’t understand how you can mess up a damn Cherry Limeade when the picture and directions are in front of you. Horrible service and horrible employees.
