They have a hard time keep their hot sauces reguarly stocked. I wouln’t go in there first thing at lunch because they clearly just reheat all the hot food leftover from the day before it’s noticebly not as fresh. Otherwise, pretty standard Chipotle.

This is not one of the better Chipotles. Georgia Chipotles on the whole are a grade lower than Chipotles in New York. I will avoid ranting but the differences are blatant. Jackie H is spot on with the portions. I’ve also never seen more than 2 staff members working the line(3 total if you include the register) So serving more customers faster is not important to them. On a positive note the staff are VERY nice and friendly! One common theme across all chipotles however, they have a problem with undercooking there steak. When you mention it — the response is always — we cook our steak medium rare. So the whole thing with people getting sick recently has been long overdue. Fast food restaurants should not be cooking anything medium rare. Despite that I love Chipotle. And I really hope they stop encouraging their staff to cook the steak medium rare.

As always you can count on a Chipotle Burrito Bowl to satisfy your hunger. This location is one of the only decent food options near exit 10 off GA400. The staff is nice and the place is clean so I enjoy eating at this location.

I love Chipotles. When I moved here I was thrilled to have one so close to my home. But… this location is disappointing. It’s not managed well — there is no «flow» in the service line, the food is not fresh, and it feels messy and even unclean. I am so bummed. After three attempts with the same experience I have sadly accepted that I don’t have a neighborhood Chipotles to enjoy.

This Chipotle is so incredibly better than the one on Windward Parkway it’s not even funny. They were so friendly, they talked loud enough so you could hear them and they gave you a great amount of meat! Go figure! The one on Windward has been going down hill for a year. At Windward they talk so low, give you an attitude and barely give you any meat. Worth the drive to go to the one in Roswell for now on!!!

This Chipotle is perfectly fine! There isn’t a lot to distinguish it from any other Chipotle, to be honest — but that isn’t a bad thing, as Chipotles are, in general, a decent place to eat! The food is fresh, the servings are generous, and the employees are friendly. It’s always a nice departure from the ordinary to go to a place where the employees act as if they’ve had basic customer service training and are happy to see you! This restaurant is located very close to a(blah) cupcakery and a(kick-ass, huge) Starbucks. As of a few months ago, they share the parking lot with a Sprouts and a Tin Drum. In other words, parking can be a pain in the rear, so don’t plan on zipping in and out for a quick bite. Come here when you don’t mind lingering, and you’ll be glad you did!

I love the food! However this particular one is not run very well. Last night we went as a family. There were no forks, no ice, and no pork. The music was way too loud — the servers could not hear you telling them your order. And no one looked happy to be there. Not the first time I’ve been disappointed at this location.

The food is great! If you don’t mind a little rudeness, you’re good. Get burritos or the bowls. If you get tacos they don’t seem to understand the words«little amount.» This ends in tacos flooded with lettuce. Other than that, super good. The sofritas and chicken are delicious.

Our cashier Juan realized that we waited way too long in the line and was overly helpful and kind. The whole staff that night met our needs and then some. Props to Juan and his staff.

This location consistently serves burritos at room temperature. Not even Taco Bell gives me this issue but Chipotle can’t seem to ensure that the food I order is hot by the time I eat it. It would be good outside of that but lukewarm food is kind of a big deal for me.

One of my favorite quick serve places in Roswell(except at noon when there is a line almost outside the door). Non-GMO which is a plus and easy gluten free options(salad or rice bowls). My only gripe is depending on the server they can go light on the protein serving. And they need to get the Coca-Cola Freestyle machines. The typical fountain dispensers are so 1995.

Excellent food and excellent service. This is one of the best Chipotle’s out there. They certainly DONOT skimp on portions. And if you ask for«a little bit more» of an item, they are more than willing to accomodate. I read all of the previous reviews of this location: YES the parking stinks. YES the dining is small. YES a busy lunch crowd means the dining area may need to be cleaned slightly. And YES if you like Willys better you should go there instead(and not leave a review notating another restaurant as your favorite). BUT the food here is absolutely fantastic! Do yourself a favor and stop in. My family loved it here!

By far the worst customer service ever. I will never come back to this place. Every employee was rude and loud, and the cashier felt the need to correct me several times. I will never go back to any of their locations. Moe’s is cheaper and tastes better and they give you free chips!

We visited this Chipotle for an impromptu lunch on our trip to Atlanta. It was after the direct lunch rush and the restaurant was still a little busy, but no major line. The staff worked quickly to prep orders, and the food was great. The in-store seating area was not clean well during the lunch, because it was tough to find a seat that was not dirty. Once we cleaned off a table and chairs we were good to go.

Just had a beef bowl. Not sure what is up with the meat but it’s very gamy and hard to chew. I think I am done with Chipotle -:(. This is not the first time I ran into this at chipotle so this seals it for me. I hope it’s not horse meat. Lol.

I know mistakes can happen anywhere but with dirty counters, an 80 health score, and sloppily prepared food… this Chipotle will no longer have to worry about me darkening their door. I’m not a fan of finding meat in my burrito or any food of that matter… but when I’m ¼ of the way eating my double wrapped burrito because the guy filled it up too much despite me saying a little this a little that… and it tears… sure what the hell double wrap it… but when I find steak in my burrito of white rice, black beans, salsa, corn, sourcream, cheese, and lettuce… then something is wrong and they’re not keeping their work area neat and clean… I work next door… so I wrapped it back in the bag, walked next door, went to the counter asked to speak with the manager and got a refund… I was a bit pissed and forgot to take out my receipt thinking he thought I wasn’t just in there… but he needed it to do the refund… no big I gave it to him… got my refund and was out the door… dinnerless and queasy because I HATEMEAT… but again I understand mistakes… but Chipotles all over are getting so lax in their service and management why reward them for poor service and poor cleanliness… they need to step it back up to where they use to be…

I am a huge Chipotle fan. I believe they are the best in their category of food. However, all Chipotle restaurants are not equal. For example, at this location I was appalled at how little rice and chicken I was given. I ordered the bowl and the rice did not even cover the bottom of bowl. That’s crazy. Then I got so little chicken that for the first time, I didn’t have chicken in every bite. She is not pleased. This location has plenty of seating and a nice patio. However, as I sat on the patio, I kept getting whiffs of stinky smells. It was like sewage stinky. Who knows where that is coming from. Also, I want them to clean the bird poo off the tables. Normally Chipotle gets 4 or 5 stars from me, but I can’t forgive being skimpy on the rice and chicken. I have to give the three stars because the food, as always, was delicious and fresh.

I went to this location for the first time with some co-workers last month. I thought this was just another ordinary Mexican restaurant, but to my surprise, the food here is really good. The ingredients they use is way fresher than other places I’ve been to, including Moe’s. I had my food wrapped in the tortilla, and they gave me a generous portion of food. Parking can be crazy at times, but overall, no real complaints here.

Best Chipotle in the northern suburbs. Line moves fast and portions are generous. It seems some Chipotles underestimate the amount of room required to comfortably move around the restaurant, and also underestimate the parking required for the lunch rush. This place is easy to get into, easy to get around when you’re inside, and easy to get out. Customer service is friendly, and they’re never scraping the bottom of the pan for your order. This Chipotle is a safe bet.

My husband and I are absolute Chipotle addicts, and after years of experimentation, we have come to the conclusion that this is the best Chipotle in the North Fulton area. It beats the one on Windward, the one at the Forum, the one in Johns Creek/Suwanee, and the one at Perimeter. Why? Please allow me to explain. (1) The line always seems to move at a reasonable pace, and it’s not because the folks behind the counter are just slopping the food into a tortilla or bowl without minding the portions. No, this location is definitely generous on the helpings. My go-to order is a burrito bowl, and I’ve been sadly disappointed at other locations to receive barely a spoonful of rice and a small dollop of guacamole, especially when the latter costs extra. But I have NEVER had that problem at this location. So, speedy service with great portions. (2) There is ample seating. Some locations(the one at the Forum and the one at Perimeter) seem to have limited seating. Not so at this location. Between the inside and large outdoor area, I’ve never had an issue finding a table. And while the parking situation is not ideal, there’s certainly not a lack of available spots if you park in the spaces that aren’t right against the building. This Chipotle is located next to a largely vacant strip mall, so it’s not like there aren’t spaces nearby. (3) The ingredients seem to always be fresh and cooked perfectly. I’ve been to a few Chipotles where the chicken contained gristle or was either over or under seasoned. Never had that problem here. The rice is always good. The vegetables aren’t overcooked. The salsa is fresh. And I’ve never received brown-tinged guacamole. To sum it up, when a burrito craving hits, this is my Chipotle of choice.

Best food quality of the burrito joints; inflated prices, very fresh. Guac is worth the trip, though. If their proteins were grass fed(like Moes’ steak), I’d be thrilled. If you attempt a lunchtime trip, be prepared to wait in line for twenty minutes or more.

I don’t usually give fives, but as far as I’m concerned, «woohoo! this is as good as it gets» when it comes to fresh(what I would call) Mexican food. I know it’s technically«California style burritos» or whatever(hippies!), but I just think it’s darn good. I almost always get the burrito bowl, black beans/white rice, barbacoa, green tomatillo salsa with cheese and sour cream. If I’m being especially«fatty», I’ll get guac on top and a bag of chips, then mix everything up and use the burrito bowl as «dip» for my chips(happy as a fat kid eating… Chipotle). This sounds odd, but even the chips are delish – you can tell they lightly sprinkle them with lime or lemon juice before or after frying, and then dust them with kosher salt(my favorite, as it is flakey and«tangible», unlike table salt that just falls to the bottom of the bag). If you like the taste of cilantro, you’ll love Chipotle. Practically everything has cilantro in it(cha cha cha!). The barbacoa is mildly spicy. The pork is mild, and the steak and chicken are both a little spicier than the barbacoa, but not anything to make you blow fire out your ears.

I’ve come to the conclusion that the #1 pre-requisite for building a Chipotle within the«greater» Atlanta area is that it must have a terrible parking lot. Seriously, whether it’s the Chipotle in downtown, the Chipotle in Vinings, all the way up to the outskirts in Alpharetta, I’m convinced that unless the parking lot is a place where your life is in danger, or at least your car stands a greater chance of accidental collision than anywhere else, there couldn’t possibly be a Chipotle built there. Otherwise, if you’ve been to one Chipotle, you’ve been to them all. I’m much more a Willy’s fan over all the other burrito joints, and I think Chipotle hides their inflated prices behind a wall of health claims, and actually make people pay for chips. But I like to pretend like I’m a gentleman and I end up going to Chipotle more than I’d like to because my friends keep favoring it. I’d rather have gone to the Barberito’s across the street because their sign is an unapologetic rip-off of Willy’s identity, and I heard their menu was too, but que sera, sera. It’s not terrible food, but the steak there is always too tough and/or gristle-ey for my preference. The Alpharetta location was no different in almost all other aspects to any other Atlanta-area Chipotle, except the ingredients weren’t as expediently stocked as the others, leading to my burrito getting filled with the burnt rice and soaked beans at the bottom of the bins. Not to mention the person rolling my burrito let it burst, and thinking nobody was watching, rolled it up into the foil anyway. It’s a clean facility, and I wouldn’t discourage people from going there. If you’re going for a sissy burrito bowl, you won’t run into any problems likely. But I like my burritos in an intact tortilla, and I get tired of self-important AlphaRoswell yuppies almost hitting me in the parking lot every time, so I can’t say I’d bother coming back again.

Recipe for the most deliciously mouthwatering burrito you’ve ever tasted: Flour tortilla Cilantro rice Pinto beans Barbacoa Mild(pico de gallo) Medium salsa Hot salsa Lettuce Cheese Light sour cream(optional) If you choose these ingredients exactly, you’ll never crave anything else. Chipotle is a mission style burrito place where the line is always out the door. The food is pretty good — organic, although I don’t really care about that — with options for burritos, tacos, or bowls, 5 different proteins, and a few toppings you can add. The place is always clean, well decorated, and has friendly staff and plenty of seating. There’s extra hot sauces from McIlhenny’s(red, green, smoked), which is a nice addition. The food is really tasty, which explains the line out the door There are really only a few problems I’ve had here. One is that the food is pretty pricey for a burrito place. Every other place I’ve been gives you free chips and salsa with your burrito, but if you want that here it’s an extra two bucks. Nickel and diming your customers never makes me happy. The other is that you better like what they have because that’s what you’re getting. My wife doesn’t like cilantro, which means there’s no rice for her. Same with some of their other offerings(and they lack cheese dip. Pretty odd to me). Last, and this has only happened once, but when I went today I found a bone in my burrito. I know this is rare, and it’s impossible to be 100% perfect, especially for a big chain, but it was offputting to me.

The wife loves Chipotle, so I love Chipolte. :) Consistency — that is what i think of with Chipolte. I get the same quality with every order. it isn’t good one time and bad the next. i also consider it to be «high class fast food.» you’re treated a step above what I expect in fast food, and the restaurant is always clean. Plus, I love a Mexican food place that serves Tabasco!!!

I’m not a huge fan of Mexican food but this place is good. And it beats Moe’s any day. The ingredients are always fresh, the guacamole is to die for, and their soft tacos are heavenly. BUT the portion size is huge and be careful because they average over 1000 calories a meal. Suggestion: Try the burrito bowl with a bag of their lime tortilla chips and eat it like dip.
