There’s nothing like going through the drive through and you randomly get compliments on your hair and nails at two different windows. These ladies sure do know how to make a gal feel special. Thanks to the ladies at the drive through for making my Saturday super awesome and for the kind words!

A disgusting addition to the otherwise nice surrounding shopping plaza, this McDonalds doesn’t reedeem itself in any way. Despite being so new, the restaurant itself has begun to crumble and the staff is terrible. You are better off going to the other pre-existing locations. Not to mention that this location drove the Wendy’s out of business… Please neglect this terribly placed restaurant.

This McDonalds is relatively new, clean, and modern. They have 2 drive thru’s. What was amazing and earned a star was the worker talking on the drive-thru speaker — he spoke just like the automated messages(you know the ones that some people ignore and talk-back to even though their not real). This place is a solid 3.

This newly remodeled double drive thru McDonalds is among the worst in the Atlanta metro region with incredibly slow service and order accuracy issues. The staff is friendly but shockingly incompetent and ends up spending much of their time apologizing to customers rather than help expedite food. In the 12 or so times I’ve visited I’ve never received my order in less than 10 minutes. I’ve stopped using the drive thru because it can take 20 minutes to get through the queue and then you end waiting on the side. It’s faster to go inside and easier to correct the order when they mess up. It’s not like I’m special ordering items either — just std breakfast burrito and coffee. Usually I order a single breakfast burrito but end up getting two in the bag — guess I shouldn’t complain about that but I literally only want to eat one even if the other is free. The manager spends much of his time refunding fed up customers who have waited too long. Last time I was here there was literally a queue of 30 customers waiting by the registers for the their food. If you have choice or need to get your food accurately and quickly — go to another McDonalds on Holcomb or Woodstock.

Normally wouldn’t review a Mcdonalds but the older gentleman(perhaps 50) at the drive thru was one of the best I’ve ever had. He spoke clearly and sounded more like he should be on radio with his voice. He was polite when I arrived at the window and seemed to enjoy his job. I’m not sure what his name is but keep him at the window please and the business will increase.

The staff in this location is very, VERY incompetent. Every time I go here it takes close to 15 – 20 minutes to get my order whether they’re busy or not. The place looks nice and clean but the whole experience is ruined by the people working here. Lemme change that… My last order has taken 30 minutes and counting.

Worst McDonald’s service experience ever! Let’s start from the top. As I walked towards the door, I overhead an older woman(staff) in the drive thru miss-understanding another older woman(customer) and was told«I’m sorry, baby». That was not an infant and(as far as I could tell) was not her sweetheart. Then I was not greet by the cashier(that looked right at me)… I had to ask«are you ready for me?» After she was finished, I thanked her! I asked myself, why did I just thank her for poor service? I work in a retail environment and I am the one who thanks the customers… if they thank me, it validates that I did a good job(which she did not). After I sat down I realized that my order wasn’t correct. I approached the counter, explained the situation politely to another staff member, and she quickly(without apology) called the order to the back. The woman making the food made my correct order quickly, but the woman who helped me(or didn’t) was nowhere to be found and kept me waiting for a while as my sandwich grew cold. I will not be returning. McDonald’s — re-evaluate your staff.

New Constructed McDonalds from another location. For what they do and what this restaurant is, they do a very good job. They haven’t messed my orders either via drive thru or inside. Although the drive thru is a bit slow sometimes and they never ask you for sauces or ketchup… u need to tell them which is a bit annoying.

Nope, never again. They’ve messed up EVERYSINGLEORDER in the last two months. Whether its forgetting a couple sandwiches, half of a 20 piece nugget order, or ya know… NO sauce for nuggets. They’ve given me orange juice instead of Hi-C. You name it. I stopped using the drive thru, period, and resorted to going in. I’ve literally had to return to the counter twice in multiple visits after the insanity continued inside. The only redeeming factor with this location is the proximity to the house. But never again. I’m driving down to the Hwy 9 /Holcomb Bridge store.
