Ignore what the older comments say– service here is trash. I placed an order, sat down, and 15 minutes later I went to ask where my food was just to be told that the staff forgot to cook it. Yesterday, I stood at the counter for about that same amount of time and I saw cashiers talk in the back saying «do you want to help him» and «no you» for far too long. Terrible place.

I have not been to an Arby’s in years but thought to give it a try due to the new menu offerings, I’m so glad I did! I got the Market Fresh turkey, bacon and ranch. The quality was very close to Panera… impressive for less money. I’m going to include Arby’s in my rotation of quick food made with real/fresh ingredients. Good job

Wow! just had the best customer service today!!! They were still cooking the fish sandwich. While I wanted, I was offered a complimentary shake. The manager brought my meal to me and asked again if it was satisfactory. Great customer service!
