Food is always pretty good but service is absolutely horrible. Everything takes forever and the kitchen is slower than a turtle running a 100 yard dash. Food took 30+ minutes to come out at 3pm

A restaurant /bar serving bar grill style food. The bar is kind of nice. Nice and long and curved and seems to be modern looking. They also have table /booth seating. Huge selection of beer, and full bar. I ordered some wings — REALLYREALLYREALLYGOOD! They pass the wing test.

Thanks for fixing the toilet seat Danny. Good wings last night, extra crispy is the way to go. And off course the beer is always delicious. Great service at the bar.

I went to Taco Mac last night for the NBA game and had an outstanding experience. The wings were amazing, they have this flavor called Honey Chipolte that is now my favorite wing sauce that I have found anywhere. I will also say that the wing quality is better there then anywhere else in country. Plus if you want to drink or choose from 100 beers on tap this is the place to go. Outstanding restaurant, I will be back very soon.

This place is in need of consistent management, and consistent food. I love the roasted wings, when they’re fully cooked. Of the last three times I’ve ordered, once I was given fried wings instead of roasted, another time they were perfect, but the kitchen lost our order and the bartender had to go get them for us, and this last time, there was only the one bartender, no servers or barback, so customers werent getting their food or their checks timely. The bartender had to again leave the bar to retrieve our order, and when we got home discovered that they’d forgotten the fries, and the wings were undercooked. I’ve said it before but this time I’m really done.

I confess that I am not a fan of taco Mac’s menu, but I come here because they have a nice selection of porters and stouts on tap. The service was absolutely fantastic. Our server, Ryan, had a great personality, was quick, efficient, knew the menu, and checked in on us several times. Despite it being a busy Mother’s Day, we had great service. My companion had the chicken, avocado, and bacon sandwich with a side of sweet potato fries. It was cooked to perfection and delicious. I had six honey chipotle wings and they too, were delicious. They had just the right crispy texture, a little heat, and a nice honey sweetness. I, too, had the sweet potato fries, a weakness of mine. The sweet potato string style fries are an exercise in self-indulgence: natural sweetness, fried to crispy perfection, and just the right amount of salt. But the most amazing part of the entire meal was the Foothills Sexual Chocolat Stout. It was a little sweet, very thick, and very smooth. Definitely give this one a try, as it won’t necessarily be in stock forever! We had the queso con carne appetizer and this was the only part of the meal that I did not like. There was a large portion of chips with four soft tortillas, but the spicy beef was too salty for my taste. If you are looking for a Sunday meal and want a very wide array of beers, definitely check out this taco Mac on Highway 92 in Rozwell. There is ample parking and if you have a hankering for dessert, cross the lot to the Brewster’s Ice Cream next door. If it is raining, as it was today, Brewster’s gives you a free scoop!

Been coming to this taco mac for 8 years. I have over 1400 beers on my list. The only reason I continue to go are because of the bartenders. They are always nice and give great service. Other than that, not interested in the food and would never sit at a table anymore. Last time I ate there I got really sick with a to go order. The wings were really cold when I got them. Go for the beer and sit at the bar.

I live nearby and have been here many times. Disappointed every time, so yesterday was my last trip. The food is always good, so this is not about cleanliness or fear of the place. It’s about the service. We always end up seated in the side«porch» area, which is crowded with tables and perpetually understaffed. Wait staff is spread between the porch and the main seating area, and great lengths of time pass between visits. And, because it’s separated from the main area by a wall, you can’t even see anyone to flag them down for help. If you go to this location, do not let them seat you in the porch area. Service is very often slow. We ordered what seemed like simple stuff for a sports bar: kids plate of chicken fingers with fries, regular plate of grilled chicken fingers with celery, and 10 regular wings. Food came out 25 minutes after ordering; grilled fingers came out fried and with fries instead of celery. Didn’t even fight the fried-vs-grilled issue because we were tired of waiting. The celery fix came out quickly, but we were ready to leave by the time the ranch dressing came out to dip the celery in. I felt worst for our neighbors, who got the treatment we normally get. The table next to us had their order called back twice for missing ingredients(out of flatbreads? on a Sunday afternoon?); two of their four orders came out wrong, and the food quality was poor. Another neighbor had to send his wings back twice, not for quality, but because the order came out wrong. Other nearby tables were complaining about the long lead times on entrees. This is pretty typical of every time we go. We have also seen this kind of problem at other Taco Macs around Atlanta. I may think about going back if they remodel the building to get rid of the«porch.» Until then, I will not go back mainly because the wait for food is inappropriately long every time. You may not care if you’re going to go to watch a game and plan on being there for a long time anyway. But as a place for a family meal, Taco Mac is not it.

We had burgers this sunday afternoon. Hardly anyone in there and the wait for our plates was unusually long. Nice waiter came by 2x to tell us our plates will be out shortly. Burgers were great. Fries… lacking. don’t even think they are fried. more like baked and dry as hell. Sweet tea was great as the refills kept coming. We tried it… don’t think it’ll be on our return list.

The only reason this establishment is still open is because it has no competition. The food is underwhelming. Wings are nothing special and the rest of the menu is passable at best. The service is abismal, with waiters mixing people up and getting orders wrong or getting them slowly most times I have been(for almost ten years). Sometimes it’s small, like giving me five wings when I ordered a six pack. Other times its waiting for 10 minutes(in football time) for my order to be taken(while no one else is around I might add). Sometimes its having the channel changes right in front of me twice in one night when no one else asked for it to be changed, or being served lemon pepper wings when I asked for mild. If another place of a similar size and structure with even passable service were to open up nearby, this restaurant would tank. Don’t support it. Head to any other bar in the city and support the places that stay open on your satisfaction instead of being a neighborhood monopoly.

No matter how many times I come here, because I’m basically considered a regular now, the service will never improve. Wait times are always longer than they should be, 99.9% of the time the food comes out wrong. Don’t be surprised if you get burnt fries or the wrong dressing! Everything is just unnecessarily slow, and it doesn’t make sense when you’re the only people in the restaurant.

Decided to get a taco trio for dinner. But they don’t like you to mix up different tacos. I guess creativity is frowned upon in these parts. If you dare, you get hit with a $ 2 surcharge. Say what?

Just ate here for the last time. Had a simple to go order. Took forever for them to get it together and in the end the food was just lousy. Wings were undercooked, which is like breaking the golden rule of chicken for me. The flavors were unimpressive as always. My wife had the best line of the evening after we were done eating what we could…“Well, the ranch was ok.” Note: The only reason we’ve been more than once is because Roswell is hurting for a good wing joint, but we’re done.

Pathetically slow service at 4 in the afternoon– managers are talking to each other or on their phones. Last time I come here–

They’re dropped the«Taco» from their name, but the place is the same as it always was. My last visit was during the slow after lunch time and it was almost empty. They need to clean the beer system, as the whole place smells like yeast/stale beer. The food was forgettable and the service slow, even though I was the only patron. Good luck with the image upgrade.

Come on guys you have three guys working the bar on a Friday night and they absolutely suck… Busy doing everything except actually waiting on the patrons at the bar. The beer selection is awesome and the food is great but omg really? Embarrassing

Sports Bar with a variety of casual food, Taco Mac is an okay place to catch a game and a casual bite to eat with family or friend, but they have service issues they need to address. I had the buffalo chicken tacos and while they were somewhat okay, something tasted«fishy» about them(and it wasn’t the blue cheese). The sweet and spicy sesame wings were really spicy. They focus on their wings, so order some for the table. I also tried the Nachos, a huge plate of Nachos(enough for sharing), and they were alright. We had a large family group, so, at least it’s a place where they can accommodate. But seeing other’s reviews about poor service did not surprise me. Three of our diners ordered salads without blue cheese, yet all three were delivered with blue cheese! We had to wait a long time after the meal was delivered for our ranch and celery platter that goes with the hot wings. Service was just lacking. The manager came out to apologize, but our crew basically thought it was better to run a good kitchen and waitstaff, than to apologize too late.

This review encompasses two visits to this Taco Mac. The first visit(detailed in the first couple of paragraphs below) was a strong two stars. My second visit last night was a solid three stars. I’ll go with three, bolstered by the hope that last night was typical, instead of the thoroughly craptastic experience of visit #1. My first visit began on a sour note, with my girlfriend, her kids, and I being seated in the stark emptiness of 4-top tables with chairs in between the full booths. Although I overcame my agoraphobia, we stuck out like sore thumbs in a sea of hale and healthy pinky fingers. That didn’t draw snappy service, however. The delay grew to such a preposterous length that my lady – quite uncharacteristically – mentioned her displeasure to a passing employee, which resulted in the quick arrival of a(the?) manager and the comping of an order of queso, salsa, and chips. The service never improved, really. I had the Taco Mac burrito, which was tepid, tasteless, and met expectations of what a burrito should be… if said burrito was ordered and eaten at a place famous for fried chicken. Taking the name of this place into account, the burrito was a monumental disappointment. Spice up your meat, TM… there’s no excuse for the blandness of this offering. Last night I ordered a cheeseburger and fries. The burger was dry and hard, as if it had been frozen. If it had not been frozen, then it had been compacted to such a degree that it resembled a frozen, low-quality imposter. The fries were okay, but would have been better without the sugary spice mix that they sprinkle on them. WTF? If I wanted sweet fries, I’d order sweet potatoes or ask for some sugar packets. That’s a capital-F Fail. Another fail: Tortilla chips. Both visits, both baskets of chips were over-cooked and mostly remnants of tortilla triangles. Does TM cook these? If so, then they need to examine their process and deliver a damned basket of unbroken chips. Every Mexican joint in 100 miles makes better chips and somehow manages to get the things to a table without the chips looking like the bottom third of a Walmart Great Value bag of corny delights. Y’all could do better, if you wanted to or cared. Service was exemplary last night, which was a pleasant surprise from the first visit. Drinks and refills arrived expeditiously and courteously. Lots of reasonably-priced(for the ATL metro area) beers. Many local beers and varieties. Somebody else mentioned kids in a previous review. Last night, there were 6 – 8 children running around the place screaming like their toenails were being pulled out with egg beaters. These little hellions did so with complete impunity until a righteously pissed-off patron stopped one and scolded them. If you are one of the malignant carbuncles on the ass of humanity that spawned one of these unhinged cretins, shame on you. The management and staff ignored the cacophony and chaos for well over 10 minutes. Your customers shouldn’t have to maintain the peace… that’s your job. Quit slacking.
