This is my first time at Nosh since 2014. I took my family of five. We fondly remembered the food from our last visits in 2014. The staff was nice and the ambiance was good. The food on the other hand was a great disappointment. The Rasta pasta, fish tacos and Mac and cheese dishes either tasked bad or were so small we left Nosh and went out to eat somewhere else. We will not be eating there again. Not sure what happened since 2014 but something changed at Nosh since then.

Ordered Tuna Carpaccio, but when we got it, the tuna had been cooked(at least to medium.) I tried to explain to our server that«carpaccio» meant raw, she insisted that it meant«rare.» Oh Well. But the worst part was the«rice» the tuna was on. I can honestly say I have never tasted anything so awful in my entire life. It tasted like a nasty«mush» with a foul texture and taste. When asked about the appetizer, I told our server she should ask the chef to try the rice, because it was not fit to be served. Later she told us that she tasted it and agreed was terrible, and offered $ 3 of our ticket. While my wife thought that was fine, I thought it was very amateurish. Comp the bad dish or not. Don’t be petty with $ 3 My 10-year old son got an adult order of Peach French Toast. It tasted great, but consisted of only one piece of french toast(did include bacon) After we left, we had to take him to Wendy’s to get a chicken sandwich because he was starving. My wife enjoyed her salad, but my dish was below average. It was chopped steak and bland undercooked vegetables. The wait staff seemed slow and somewhat unorganized, which was surprising since there were 7 employees there, and at one point during our dinner only 14 customers. I watched one meal(not ours) sit under the heat lamps for 5 minutes. Really really disappointed. Had hoped they would succeed, but I doubt it. Didn’t seem to have owner/Manager around which is too bad. 2 adults, 2 kids, 1 glass of house wine, and(1) app plus a $ 3 discount mind you, $ 75 meal.

This is a very good but unnoticed restaurant. With nice service and delicious food ranging from wings to Gyros, Nosh is a great place to take a date or your family. It has a very modern and warm design; I wish this place got more business. If you’re looking for a good night that’s easy on the wallet and close to home, Nosh may be your next stop.

I’ve been here a few times and have enjoyed it each time. I like the salads and the zorba. I don’t understand why it’s practically empty each time I’ve been here. Service has been good each time too.

Love this place! Haven’t had something I don’t like yet. I’m always shocked at how empty it is though. It seems a little dark from the street, and maybe that’s why. I hope they can make it!

I’ve been to Nosh twice now; for brunch and dinner. The brunch menu is just an add on to the normal. The wings are extra crispy and very flavorful. I would definitely order the Ricky Martin, Pig & Grit and Rasta Pasta again. The portions are large and food is priced just right! We will definitely go back.

I can’t wait to come to sit on deck. Husband got the Hasselhoff which was huge but not near as massive as the guy’s burger at the table next to us(96er?!). The homestyle chips were perfectly sliced, cooked & seasoned. Go for the Southern Pride — killer cheese & jalapeño grits w fried green tomatoes.

The Nosh Chips were super thin and I could almost see through them. The generous dusting of spices seemed ordinary at first, but I couldn’t stop eating them. With the flavorful Ranch dipping sauce it was a foregone conclusion they’d all be eaten. My entrée was the Shrimp and Grits which had large plump shrimp on a base of jalapeño cheese grits. My worries were unfounded on the lack of a spoon, and none of the rich grits escaped my fork and I was able to finish them off with the aid of the included toast points. The service was friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was modern with lots of hard surfaces, so it could be noisy when crowded, but we’d come before the rush and had no issues. To offset the severity the tables and décor feature wood accents to give the space some warmth and an organic counterpoint. There is a modest patio that will be nice in the spring or autumn.

Was leary to try based on some of the reviews, but glad we did. We tried toast and peaches, shrimp and grits, and pig and grits. Service was good, atmosphere nice, and food delicious. I have a feeling word will spread. Will be a regular spot for us going forward.

Wow what a great find this place is. My wife and I went for dinner last night before going to see a movie. It’s a new place so it’s clean and very organized. The staff is friendly and the service was very quick. We both loved our dinners. I had the chicken and waffles and it was simply amazing. The chicken had a little spice to it that was delicious. I strongly suggest trying this place for yourself.

We stopped in here today to give it a try. I had the Cajun fish sandwich(marked spicy on the menu). Had a little spice but not knock your socks off spicy. Generous piece of fish for sure. The chips were thin, which we liked. My husband had the cobb salad with grilled vs fried chicken. Very good. It was a gorgeous day so we sat outside on the patio with drinks. Nice you can get a glass of wine here with lunch. The menu is diverse so we will be back to try a few more things. Total bill for our meals plus one drink each was $ 41

Our first visit was great! I enjoyed the southern style app with cheesy grits. Service was fantastic and the atmosphere was very comfortable. Went back a second time and ordered the chopped steak. It was enjoyable, but took a long time to make even tho they weren’t crowded. Seems the chef was busy socializing with his girlfriend and walked right past us just after we had ordered. Surprising, because servers have been great both times. We really want this place to make it… And hope they will put customer needs first so they don’t vanish. Owners didn’t seem to be around this night and it showed.

The food is very solid and they make a mean Cuban(The Ricky Ricardo), but the service is extremely hit or miss. My fiancé and I had lunch here today and the ambiance was just plain weird. Our server was great, but overworked and the hostess was rude, sitting at an empty table and texting on her phone. I dunno if it has anything to do with the new ownership, but this would never have flown in the Phish Phood days. I hate to say this because I waited so long for them to reopen, but with all of the other options in North Fulton, it might be a while before I come back.

Went in for lunch. Was reading over the menu outside and waitress came out to invite me in. Nice. I like the décor and the effort they’ve put in to improve the old layout. Looks nice inside but as sitting down in the booth seat and table slid around because they’ve installed lament flooring. Didn’t like it being so unstable, and almost fell, since it wasn’t expected. So nice waitress offered menu and cloth wrapped flatware. Nice touch. Took order for unsweet tea. Brought back with two lemons, nice touch… I like lemon. However, tea was chemical in taste. Either they use a fountain mix or glass hadn’t been rinsed well. Reordered water when she came back. She never asked me about the tea I didn’t drink and got charged for. $ 1.75 so no huge deal but it was obvious I didn’t like. Ordered the Hasselhoff with chips and pickle spear, when she finally came back to see me. Came in expected amount of time. Fresh off the panini since I dropped it when I picked it up since it was so hot. So hot that the cheese was completely melted out of the sandwich. Meat had okay flavor but the mushrooms were wedged not thinly sliced for sandwich. They all fell out of sandwich along with a good portion of meat so ate later with fork. Chips were not cooked fresh and had no salt on them; which turned out to be good since the meat and gravy were so salty my tongue and mouth had that salty coating for hours later. I drank water like crazy for the rest of the day. Pickle spear had zero flavor. Really, none at all. Don’t know if they do their own or bought but these need help. I liked the sandwich over all. The chips needed to be fresh and from specific oil so the flavor isn’t compromised and made fresh. Had a great color to them and were crunchy. I’ll go back in a month or so and see how they’re doing with more experience. I hope they continue to improve.

Bad. The dressing on everything was too salty, the soup was also salty and CANNED, and the sandwich tastes like water park cold cuts. The only good part about it was the Chicken wings and that’s only because they were stellar at phish phood. I don’t understand why the new owners wouldn’t just keep phish phood with new ownership. My overall advice is: There are too many outstanding restaurants in roswell for this one to stand a chance.

Phish Phood Reboot When Phish Phood closed over a year ago, I held out little hope it would be back. But fortunately Chef Dave is back as General Manager and head chef of NT&T, with many of the great menu items from Phish, plus an renovated interior, table service, and(coming in about a month) a full-service bar. The old location has been doubled in size, but the main dining area occupies the same space as before with PP; the bar will be in the adjacent space. It’s obvious that the quality of the food here is incredible. Chef Dave has been in the catering business for several years, and his touch shows in every dish. I had one of my favorites from the PP days — The Hasselhoff, which is like an Italian Beef, but tastier. I substituted the great Nosh Chips with the Cajun potato wedges. The food was hot and fresh, and having table service was a nice change(PP was fast casual). The menu is diverse — with Table, Nosh, and other sections including wings, sandwiches, entrees(missing is my all-time PP favorite Bulgogi Beef), starters, and desserts, as well as a kid’s menu. If you were a fan of Phish Phood, you won’t be disappointed. If you’ve never had it, you’re in for a treat.
