Bathrooms are disgusting and they are out of almost everything by lunch with hours left to go in the day. Never going back to this location.

I had lunch there and my toasted sandwich was soggy and not edible. I threw it away. The Turkey was processed and looked more like Bologna, avocado looked and tasted like mushy baby food. I asked for no tomatoes and ended up with two, one was mushy orange and the other was slimy red. The potato salad had a date on the cup top showing three days old and was mostly a cup of mayo. The bread was stale as well. Don’t bother, this place needs to shut down.

Good bagels and great service. Tables and floor are always messy with garbage and crumbs. After a busy period someone needs to go through and pick up garbage and wipe down tables.

We stopped in here for lunch the other day. At lunch time, the place isn’t very crowded and they did not have a huge bagel selection(at least not the time we went). It’s a pretty large place and they actually have plenty of seating. They offer both fountain and bottled drinks which is nice. For my meal, I went with their turkey and cheddar sandwich which comes on your choice of bagel. I went with their jalapeño cheddar bagel. I was impressed how spicy the jalapeños on the bagel were. It was a pretty good flavor combination. The sandwich itself was pretty good. It was tasty and fresh. I will say that the bagel was more«roll-isn» than the bagels I’m used to. The bagels here were nowhere near as good as the ones I’m used to having in the NJ/NY area(for what it’s worth, NY has much better bagels than NJ). The turkey was good and there was a decent amount. It wasn’t overstuffed but it wasn’t on the stingy side, either. I’d have no issues coming back here again for a quick lunch. You also got a side with your sandwich and I chose the side of fruit. The fruit was incredibly fresh and there was a lot.

Been here 4 times. Order was correct only twice. Once they put a huge dollop of butter on a bagel with a salmon shmear and another time they gave me plain cream cheese when I had ordered salmon. They simply could care less what they are handing you.

i really enjoy the food at Einstein bagels. however, when I was at this location yesterday, I noticed how dirty the dining room was. papers and food all over the floor. I even had to clean off the booth I chose to sit in. when I left, I mentioned to one of the employees that they really should clean up the floor. very undesirable to eat there. she told me they’re now«allowed» to run vacuum when people are dining. I suggested they get a carpet sweeper, which makes no noise. not sure i’ll be returning to this location. thought I’d be helpful by telling an employee. not sure she really cares.

The only reason why they are getting 3 stars from me and not 0 is because the bagels are decent(for a southerner) and the customer service is normally friendly and very nice. The morning crowd doesn’t really bother anyone, and the staff normally remembers your name if you come in often. Today I came in and this girl with long hair that had blue in it was insanely rude. I walked to the bathroom and the door said vacant which means its not locked(the bathroom is single stalled). This girl is in the bathroom in the mirror and turns around and gave me a look like I was insane. She than walks out five minuets later never washing her hands(I was outside the door, I listened, it didnt happen)… GROSS! She proceeds to be clocking herself in as I am checking my food out at the second counter and her coworker who says hi to her she just glares at right in front of me and a group of other customers. This girl should not be working in food service!

They are always out of bagels. The best thing they say it will be ready in 15 min. That is like an eternity in today’s world.

Einstein have a decent menu. But more often than not the staff let the brand and product down. It’s been nearly 7months since I visited this location. There appears to be an improvement. However, being a long weekend Friday, the morning rush isn’t that bad and that makes the staff look better! The staff need to listen to the customers requirements clearly instead of creating an impression that the customer needs to speed it up a bit because the next customer is more important than the one currently being served. I’ll give this location one more shot during a rush morning and see if I am adequately enticed back as a regular customer.

I love their bagels. and their new holiday sammich is delish! its a turkey, bacon, cranberry, cheese, cibatta panini, and its scrumptious! the service is a little slow at the WW lcoation, but ive never gotten an incorrect order, and that means alot to me. they have a wide variety of bagels and shmear :) great for both breakfast or lunch.

I’m not much of a bagel person but Einsteins has got it down… efficient and tasty. I’ve been hitting this place up recently for client meetings, quite a lot actually. They are prepared for the rush in the morning, which I like! Walk in, «Dozen Bagels To Go» and they have you out the door in just minutes. They usually have boxes full of random flavored bagels out and ready. Just pick out your cream cheese and pay. What a great way to start the morning… I love the smell of the bread and such… wish i was more of a morning eater(and a morning person). Menu has a good mix of everything, including some healthy alternatives. Staff is very courteous and they work fast. Much Appreciated! I enjoy a smile in the morning even though I can barely crack one myself. Very clean location as well. I’ve never seen many tables with garbage or anything. They take pride in their store, which is nice! Parking is a little crazy just because they are located in shopping center so be on the lookout for those ditzy soccermoms speeding thru the parking lot. You know who you are!

Had a dad and daughter breakfast here. I had the Green chilies bagel with Jalapeño Salsa cream cheese, my 10 year old had a plain with strawberry cream cheese. Service is always okay here. The bagels at Einstein’s are soft, and while toasted, do not come out as «toasty» as I prefer. Good, cheap, fast. Yay!

Got a simple blueberry bagel and wanted it toasted. Well, the exterior of the bagel was not what I was expecting. I was looking /hoping for a firm slightly chewy exterior. But instead it was no different than a burger bun. Also, toasting does not equal toast, it is more just warmed up. Overall the bagel was very soft and malleable. I did not enjoy it.

Good bagels and service but they run out of common flavors fast on weekends and don’t manage inventory well

Love the bagels. .the coffee is great… the employees are fantastic… with the exception of the HORRIBLE manager that is one duty during the morning hours during the week(SOMEWOMAN). We bought two huge containers of coffee and one of them wasn’t filled so the employee was going to put more coffee in and she went FLIPPEDOUT! She demoRalized him and talked to him like he was three. Feel sorry for them. They need to fire her and promote one of the awesome employees she has working for her sorry(bleep bleep bleep).

Barely average food, miserable-looking service staff. Just another franchise. When I asked for a box to take the other half of my bagel, the lady gave me an impatient look and handed me a tiny bag. Not ever coming back.

It’s been a long time since I’ve been to an Einstein. I usually get my bagels from Panera where I’m from. I didn’t understand why I had to wait so long for my bagel. bagel toasted with cream cheese. waited over 10 minutes. Was it because my order was simple that it was pushed aside? who knows. I thought that the bagel was small for what I paid for it. $ 2.66

This is one of the two bagel places I eat at regularly, and I’ve normally had good experiences. I find the bagels to be dense and flavorful(which is what one generally expects in a bagel, I think). My one complaint: The standard at Einstein’s(all locations I’ve been at) for a «toasted» bagel isn’t what I call toasted at all… it’s basically just warmed up. I want to see a light golden brown color when I get a toasted bagel. I tell them what I want, and they’re very good at providing it.

I have to disagree with the previous reviewer. When I have come into this store, the customer service was pretty good, the store was decent, and the bagels were very tasty. My office periodically has one or the other of us bring in bagels for the office, and when we do, we all love it. I haven’t yet tried the bagel place mentioned on McFarland road, but this one is darn good, in my opinion. We usually get the takeout boxes of a dozen bagels, however, and those are generally not heated or spread with schmear. Perhaps I should try getting a bagel which has been.

I feel like I have betrayed a good friend. I found a wonderful bagel joint on McFarland Road that I frequent about twice a week now. But in a shameless attempt to review more on Windward, I decided to try this place. Boy was I disappointed. This is big corporate stripmall food at its worst. Fancy ordering systems with touch screen technology can’t make up for the fact that they make a bad bagel. And even with the fancy tools, they still take too long to toast and spread cream cheese. I ordered an onion bagel that either didn’t have onions in it or was plain. It was very light and airy, and had a fairly thin layer of cream cheese. Their toaster hardly warms the thing up, much less create any crunch. If you’re in a serious pinch and need a bagel on Windward, this place might work. I’ve had better bagels from the freezer section of the grocery store though. If you’re serious about getting a damn fine bagel, go to BB’s on McFarland.
