No rating because after waiting 7 minutes nobody emerged to seat us & it was unbearably hot on a Sunday morning. Wound up @ Bagel Boys where it’s incredibly loud but @ Least we stayed cool. Might try again but doubtful. I thought the menu looked promising(like LE Peep of years past). The End.

Love, love, love this place. It’s so much fun to go for lunch and get breakfast ! Today I had the avocado toast and it was awesome. Also, the Manager is the nicest lady I’ve ever met. I’m ashamed to say I can’t remember her name but she’s AWESOME!

I go to the John’s Creek location all the time and love the food and service. Tried this location today and was completely unimpressed. I asked for different coffee after my first cup came out because it had an extremely obvious burnt taste. Ended up just drinking it in the end because it all tasted like that. I went with a friend and our waitress split the check. I got up to the counter and asked to pay for my half of the check and they ran the whole thing on my card. They called the manager to refund it who acted completely put out and I felt like he kept waiting for me to just say«oh it’s okay, I’ll just pay for all of it.» He bad mouthed his staff in front of us saying they were in obvious need of some training and then he complained that the only way he could fix this is to call my bank. Finally after 5 – 10 minutes of this I did just say that I would pay all of it, but for such a bad experience I really didn’t appreciate having to pay double for my meal. Also after all of that I feel like a good manager would have at least offered a sincere apology, if not some sort of compensation for double charging me. Stay away from this location and go to John’s Creek.

Went with my wife, son and daughter for an early Mother’s Day brunch. I guess a party of 4 was too big. They sat us in the corner and forgot about us. They finally brought us drinks but then disappeared again. They would not let us substitute or do add ons to items like our First Watch back home in Orlando. But we almost forgot about the order after it took almost 30 more minutes to get eggs. Did I mention when it finally came they missed my son’s order. DAH. The only reason this location gets 2 stars was when the food finally arrived it was good. Congrats to the cook, they need to fire everyone else.

We continue to come for the waffles; they really are light, moist on the inside and crisp on the outside. We usually get them with bacon and eggs. They’re doing much better not overcooking the eggs anymore, and the bacon is really nice-tasting and crisp. So, rating has moved up. For those of you who are gluten-free eaters, we’ve been told the waffles will be going gluten free after the first of the year, so you might want to get in there and have the original recipe now, before they’re gone forever.

I love this restaurant. It is one of my favorite breakfast spots. They have a huge menu that includes plenty of healthy options. They also have new fresh juices; I wasn’t a huge fan, but I’m normally not anyway. All of their breakfast hash selections are delicious. The chocolate chip pancakes are to die for… And they are huge! They have the best iced coffee in town, as well. Always been satisfied with my meal. I’ve never left First Watch anything but full and happy. I keep saying that I’m going to try lunch, but can’t get enough of their breakfast. Also– they get packed! So be sure to be early or expect a wait. I would not choose this restaurant if I were in a rush. Service is great, just relatively slow. Leisure type meal.

Great spot to sit and relax and do some work. Clean and friendly environment. They have an extensive menu with lots of egg, pancake and other choices. I have only had the omelettes which are ok but could be better. Coffee is great. They also serve lunch which I think I will try next time. All in all I would recommend :)

My egg white veggie omelette was crafted«PERFECTLY»! Two thumbs up for the cooks in the kitchen. Thank goodness the customer service was great from the time I walked in the door, all the way up to cashing out my check. This made my entire experience«AWESOME»! Kudos to the manager Clair, my greeter Spencer, and my servicer Walter. I’m telling EVERYONE that this First Watch ROCKS!

I ask for a breakfast tacos with no meat, eggs or cheese. And replace it with tomato and spinach. Pretty simple right? Well… first took 20 minutes to get it done. Then because I ask to go I did not look at. When I went to eat they put ground beef on it. The tomatoes on the side and the Tortilla sell was supper soggy! It end up on the trash! Not recommend this place!

I had lunch here last week and was very impressed with menu items, the service and the ambiance of the restaurant. After looking through the menu, I finally decided to order the Chickichanga and it was amazing. I never had anything quite like it. All the ingredients that go into the dish worked really well. Of course, the chef had allot to do with that. And so I’ll definitely be coming back again.

FOODPOISONING!!! My co-worker and I ordered two different entrees, but both included a side salad. She became violently ill enough to be hospitalized and I had to leave work for the rest of the day. Neither of us had eaten anything else that day. Be very careful if you decide to eat here. After posting I was contacted by the Regional VP of First Watch and he was very compassionate regarding our experience. I do appreciate the follow-up.

NOTHANKYOU This is my third visit to First Watch. On my first visit I did not order anything because the menu did not appeal to me. On my second visit, I had what was identified as a whole grain pancake. It turned out to be about as whole grain as a hotdog. If you are eating a whole grain product, you absolutely know it. There is no second guessing, so I don’t know if there was a problem with translation or they are just not quite familiar with quality whole grain products. Anyway, that was not a very successful meal and I had no plans to return. Today, my husband and I decide to go out for breakfast and I suggest First Watch because he has never been there and he is way more forgiving than I am. We enter and are seated almost immediately. We request water as usual. What we get is the European version of water,(warm water in a shot glass with no ice)! Really Dude? I request and receive a tall glass of water with ice. No problem. Customer service is great today. As I look over the menu, I just noticed that nothing really appeals to me. I want a simple, delicious breakfast and the items presented are just all«overdone» judging by their descriptions. My husband realizes that I don’t want to order anything so he holds his order waiting for me. I quickly order the raisin toast. Yes, that’s it just toast; it was fine and perfectly satisfying. My husband decides to order The Works omelet with potatoes and toast. It arrives and is small, dry and just lacking in substance. I’m accustomed to really big omelets stuffed with veggies, meat and cheese as the norm. I have never seen such an anemic omelet and why so dry? His potatoes tasted like they had some sort of artificial seasoning added to them and were way too salty. Hello people, he’s the one with high blood pressure and these would not even be edible for me! Bottom line, neither of us would return for subsequent meals and we would not recommend this restaurant considering there are much better diners just minutes away. The prices are grossly exaggerated for what was delivered. We really want to find a quality breakfast option close to home but this is not it. I am never impressed with an over abundance of adjectives or reliance on health related jargon,(I have cage-free organic eggs and organic bacon at home), I am only going to be impressed with quality execution. This menu has a lot to say but just does not live up to its own hype.

After 20 check-ins here(woo-hoo I’m the Duchess!!!) I think it’s safe to say this is our favorite brunch spot. You can choose from light and healthy or get down & dirty with an artery clogging Monte Cristo. Food is consistently yummy, the only issue I ever have is that occasionally my eggs aren’t done enough for my taste. Now mind you, I like my eggs dry with patches of brown! Most of the time they are perfect but on the rare occasion they need a few more min on the grill the staff is super cool about doing it. I highly recommend the Market Hash, the Fresh Fruit Crepes and the Traditional breakfast, which are the regulars in our rotation. Their biscuits are to die for and their fruit cups are unbeatable. It’s difficult to get a good fruit cup anywhere but First Watch doesn’t try and trick you with cantaloupe. They pile it high with pineapple, blueberry and watermelon. At this point I feel the manager and servers are more so friends than just employees :-) All are so friendly and you really get the feeling that they enjoy having you there.

There needs to be more breakfast places in Atlanta. I grew up in NY filled with the BEST diners on every corner and I have to say I miss it. Now I am writing this review on their coffee and the one meal i get every time(quinoa/chicken pesto breakfast) The coffee is great. I am a coffee snob(loathe starbucks but will still buy $ 15.00/lb beans) and I think the coffee is great. They leave a big pot for me on the table and I drink it all! The quinoa breakfast plate is AMAZING. They season the quinoa really well and I always feel a ton of energy after I eat it. I’ve never had bad service here and they never make me feel like a loser when I’m scarfing down a huge pot of coffee/breakfast by myself!

Maybe this is harsh, but I was totally underwhelmed by this restaurant. Other than its cleanliness and service, this place really missed the mark. And I didn’t even order anything complicated. I had a side of eggs, and they were lukewarm at best. I had an English muffin that only had butter on one side and was minimally toasted if at all. It didn’t taste or feel toasted. Oh, and there was no jam/jelly on the table. I had to ask for it, which seemed kinda strange to not have that served with a muffin. Lastly I had the cranberry pecan oatmeal. The oatmeal tasted like it came from a grocery store packet with water, and was too thick in some places and too runny in others. Sorry but I won’t be back.

Mediocre at best. To be clear, service was great. But the food was barely average. Might have been better off at ihop or Denny’s. I got the traditional breakfast. Comes with potatoes, eggs and a meat(I chose ham). Food came out pretty lukewarm. Had the appearance that it had been sitting. Have you ever scrambled some eggs and let them sit for a while and the color turns and they look dry? That’s how mine looked. The ham was a joke. Not thick at all and was also dried out. It was like a dehydrated meal. The potatoes also seemed undercooked. Another member of our party had the eggs Benedict Florentine. The tomatoes were not fresh. Ever throw some tomatoes in the fridge and they basically get soggy and mushy? That’s how these were. Side of fruit was mushy like it had been refrigerated. Also got some pancakes and those were good. I tend to believe experiences like this are a fluke but I’m extremely nervous about returning. Place tries to frame itself as some fresh restaurant but I saw none of that.

I ordered the Key West Crepeggs, however the«Tri-Fecta» was appealing also. It was good, slightly sweet stuffed with turkey, avocado, bacon, tomatoes and Monterey Jack. It came with a side of diced fried potatoes and an English muffin. The potatoes were good and tasted freshly prepared. The coffee was good and not too intense. I always drink it black. I look forward to trying to «Tri-Fecta», but maybe at another location since I do not like the accessibility at this location.
