Fresh Lettuce

I’m sad to share that I got an email from Fresh Lettuce and they are closing the current location this Friday 8 – 29. Boo! The plan is to find a nearby location with more space and expand the menu to include dinner. No specific details yet.
I hope they re-​open soon… I will miss you!

I have been here a few number of times and the food is good. Take out only for me since the floors are so sticky and grease permeates the air. They need better vents for all the chips that they fry!

I don’t know whose idea the menu was but whoever it was knows what they are doing. They also will give you great suggestions of what you might want to try on your sandwich. Oh! And the homemade chips with the homemade blue cheese is a MUST… I trust the flavor combinations so much that I’m sure anything I try here will be delicious. Only thing I’m surprised about is that they don’t have homemade drinks. Best sandwiches I’ve had since I’ve left NY. Really friendly staff and nice size place.

What a surprise? From the moment you walk in you are hit with fresh smelling food being prepared. This place seems to attract the females more but I have no complaints about the food, portions or service. This is a fantastic lunch place!

Hidden gem. Really good. Very friendly service. Soda machine acting bad… Brought me a can and told me free refills. So many shops like this when soda machine is on the fritz… Too bad. Will be back.

Great place to grab a tasty & healthy sandwich!

Pretty good. Fast friendly service. The pimento cheese here is very yummy. The side salad had quite a bit of substance as well. I would like to come back and try some other dishes. For such a healthy minded place I am thoroughly disappointed/​surprised that they use stryofoam cups.

New salad place with a great menu for salad lovers. I had the spinach salad and my wife enjoyed the Cobb salad. Both were fresh and well prepared. My daughters had Rueben sandwiches and they were good. Black bean soup was delicious.

Nice blend of healthy and tasty (pear and goat cheese panini, spinach salad with strawberries and blue cheese, pot pie soup, etc). Great hidden gem lunch spot.

Just moving to the Roswell area from Brookhaven, I have been trying to find a healthy lunch spot to grab a good salad and soup. this is my new spot!!! The young girl at the register is always very polite and informative about the new daily specials. I have only had the caesar salad and a variety of soups but they are as fresh as they get. The veggie soup is amazing. one of the best soups I’ve had! They prepare everything from scratch and they also have a great catering menu including sandwiches and many other items. I highly recommend!

Service is amazing and the food is fresh and tasty what else can you ask for!

Fresh Lettuce is such a welcome new addition to the Roswell area! They make everything in house and you can tell. Their tuna salad is the best I’ve ever tasted, punctuated by little tasty details like dill and capers. The owners are kind and friendly, and they deliver right to your door, within a certain radius, of course. The food is always fresh (as the name implies) and fast. They even have their sandwiches available on gluten-​free bread. Soups change daily and are always good. I am so thrilled to find this little gem so close by! Highly recommended.

Stopped by Fresh Lettuce for lunch on Saturday. Made for my second stop here… got the turkey sandwich with lettuce, tomato and cranberry mayo. Very tasty, but the mayo made the bread a bit soggy… so, kind of hard to eat.
Also got the homemade chips, but they did not have a lot of flavor.
Now, all that being said, this place is ok for a quick sandwich or salad at lunch!
Good, friendly service… relatively tasty and relatively cheap…
ADDITION
Wifey and I have been here numerous times now. It is a great sandwich shop. I think those first couple of visits were to see Fresh Lettuce get on its feet. The sandwiches here just keep drawing us back… some favs…
(1) Steak and Shroom — good steak with some mushrooms and veggies, fixed as a panini… good one
(2) I call it the Pig and Pear… I think the official name is Bacon and Pear… a panini with bacon, pear and goat cheese… won the Taste of Alpharetta!
(3) Hogmaster — their version of a BLT… and it is just that… a FANTASTIC BLT!
(4) My version of the Hogmaster — add their pimento cheese… this may make this the PERFECT sandwich!
(5) House Salad — very tasty set of greens…
(6) Chips — have gotten better!
Then…the specials… just try one!

Fantastic gourmet food with fresh ingredients… all from scratch. The ahi tuna salad is awesome, and I love that there is something for everyone! I came in for soup and salad… but had to get a few homemade potato chips with a hint of rosemary too. Yum! The customer service is phenomenal too– you always feel welcome like an old friend.

Good stuff! Stopped in today and had a lovely lunch. I love a good Reuben sandwich and this one was perfect with lots of meat and all the components of the sandwich were nicely balanced. My date had the Bacon and Pear panini which was also a winner. The sandwich sides were homemade potato chips, cooked to dark and crispy awesomeness and a granny smith apple cole slaw that I could eat by the tubfull. We sat at their outdoor patio tables with our dogs and soaked up the sun before heading to the giant dog park up the road. Perfect sunday afternoon. I’ll definitely be back.

It’s fancy affordable healthy food. My mom and I both got the portabella goat cheese roasted red pepper panini with homemade chips and black bean soup for the sides and everything was really good. We’ll visit them again.

The shameless shilling before me notwithstanding, they seem to have a winner here. Sandwich was well-​stuffed and very good meat. The location is terrible as that unit has terrible ventilation and is tough to keep comfortable during the summer, but they serve good enough sandwiches to give themselves a fighting chance. I just hope they choose to stop looking sabotaging themselves and looking so unprofessional in posting ads about themselves here.

One word. Amazing!!! So glad Fresh Lettuce is finally open! My family and I enjoyed several of the great Soups and Sandwiches. HUGE portions… Best of all everything is made in house from scratch… they even make their own mayo! We will definitely be back!

Granny Smith apple cole slaw = amazing !! Not your average sandwich shop. You definitely can tell everything is made to order (the freshness speaks for itself) and not to mention huge portions !
