Incredibly disappointing customer service. I went to the Holcomb Bridge location this past fall to tan in preparation for a vacation about a month away. I asked to purchase the shortest possible membership and the salesperson told me that the two month membership would be the best option, she did not give me a copy of the sales contract. In March I discovered that the two-month membership doesn’t actually mean anything as they have been charging my card monthly since my initial purchase. All in all I am out several hundred dollars and Solar Dimensions refuses to process a refund. I don’t understand the point of having a customer service department if they are unable to do anything to rectify such a situation due to an intentionally deceptive«policy.» I will be filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

I found a Groupon for a body wrap. I decided to try it. While there I was offered a number of products and services. The sales lady also explained their regular pricing and told me the body wrap would be more effective if I purchased a package because it was something that needed to be done repeatedly. I purchased a package that day but before my second appointment I was injured. I decided it was not in my best interest to continue. When I first contacted their corporate office to get a refund no one Twitter feed my call. I contacted the original location and was told that I had to go thru corporate. When I contacted corporate again I was asked questions about the nature of my injuries. Then I was told that my money was not refundable but I could take advantage of any of the products and services they offer or wait until I’m feeling up to getting the body wraps. At no other time was it mentioned to me that all sales are final. This is not the first business in this area that asked me to prepay for services. I’ve learned my lesson and I won’t be fooled again. My money is my money and I want it back.

I like this place, really I do. They have awesome beds and are equipped with air conditioning in the beds, not just fans. I’ve achieved good color within the first few times of going. BUT, it drives me crazy how they try time after time to get you to purchase their expensive lotion. It also irritates me when they have a new«prospective» client in there I have to wait at least 20 minutes each time just to get them to talk to me. It seems that they may need to have more than one employee there at at time? Also, if you plan to go in for a single visit walk-in, they charge $ 25. So, it would be more beneficial to buy a package, which they offer for 2, 6, or 12 months.
