Do NOT go to Palm Beach Tan. They kept debiting us over $ 60 per month for about 6 months after my wife told them to stop after she had major surgery. They said they would stop, but didn’t. They refuse to refund us about $ 400.
I do NOT TRUST these folks and advise all others to NEVER give these people your business.

This is a poorly managed establishment. You would expect a little more for the monthly membership fee of $ 100 plus. There «BEST» bed is frequently not in working condition. Then you are forced to use the next level and multiple bulbs are out in the bed. Management is NEVER in building to address concerns and when you try to reach out you can never get a hold of her and she never bothers to call back. It would be helpful also if you could update your hours of operation on your website. It states you open at 8, big surprise another customer service issue when arriving and not only do they open at 9 but the associate opening that morning was 10 min late to open doors. I have been a member for too many years now and will be taking my business elsewhere.

Great BEDS. The service is great and the equipment is worth the extra drive. Time to get your tan ON! The discount for 2014 is not that bad either. With 14 locations you can tan where ever when ever. Hope this review gets you the right TAN for the money.

Wow, I previously wrote a review of this business and how rude the male (possibly manager) was and lo and behold, my review has been deleted. That’s despicable and I WILL be telling every single person I know that they should NOT give their money to this place. Awful, awful business practices. I think my next stop will be the BBB.
