Relax the Back Store

Fantastic location. I recently learned that these stores are each franchises and that makes this location all the more applaud-​able.
They had only one person working the store, but she was able to multi-​task and accommodate several people at once. She was very friendly and informed us of their products thoroughly. My mother was hunting for the perfect neck pillow to allow her to sleep better at night. We learned they offer a «demo program.» Again not sure if that’s all RTB stores or just this one, but it was a really good idea. Essentially you pay the price of your pillow of choice, then you get to take it home to test out for three days. If after those three days you decide you want to try a different one, you just come in and swap it out and you get three more days with the new demo… yadda yadda yadda… and at the end you can forget the whole thing and return your demo, getting a full refund… or bring back the demo that worked and take home a fresh in-​the-​box version of it with your final receipt.
It’s a good plan, and it’d be hard not to find one in the end honestly. The winner for my mom was the contoured side sleeper 3″ memory foam one.
They also sell chairs, beds, back stretching vertical suspenders, and various workout or therapy equipment.
