Toys R Us

I would like to applaud Crystal for her commitment to customer service. While she was being pulled every which way, she was still able to serve with a smile. She remembers her customers and actually appreciates their loyalty. This is in stark contrast to the supposed supervisor on duty «Natasha.» She just came to customer service, quickly explained that the cash register dictated what can & cannot be done. It’s amazing how she was unable to use free will. Other representatives, past and present were somehow able to think. Perhaps Natasha can stock, rather than supervise. She appears to prefer being told what to do.

Better organized and in stock then most of the other toys r us stores. After my epic fail at the Duluth Store I came here and found exactly what I was looking for and more.

They have a great selection and very helpful and friendly employees. Come here first if you are looking for toys.

I had a problem with a LEGO set I bought on clearance — it was missing a bag and an instruction booklet. It was a fairly pricey set; I thought I might have issues with fixing the problem, but the staff at this Toys R Us took my set and mailed a new one right to my house! I’ll certainly shop here in the future.

Sadly, I have grown up and this toy store just isn’t as amazing as it used to be. I’ve found myself coming here at least twice this year to buy gifts for friends’ kids.
There seems to be a variety of things in the baby section, so I had no trouble finding a gift for a friend’s baby shower.
I’m a little sad that going through the Barbie doll section, there’s just not much diversity. Of course, this isn’t Toys R Us’ fault, but probably Mattel’s. Those dolls just keep looking uglier and uglier.
Not sure if it was just me, but the boys’ toys actually looked more fun now that superheroes are popular: Iron Man, Captain America, Ninja Turtles, Batman…
This location is great if you need a gift in a pinch when you didn’t order online ahead of time.
