Deceitful and dishonest. When I witness an employee deliberately trying to deceive customers with the intentions of ripping them off, I immediately wonder what kind of person hired them. When ordering a combo I was asked if I wanted«medium or large». The tone of the employee’s voice and her gestures suggested that was the only two sizes available. I said ‘medium’. Upon seeing it wrung up, I noticed I was charged extra for this ‘medium’. As it turns out, the price quoted on the menu is for a small. So the employee thought there was no possible way I would want a small? No, she is TRAINEDTODECEIVE the customer by suggesting these are the only two sizes. As if this weren’t disgusting enough, the combo then wrung up higher than the price on the menu. «It must be the taxes», she said. No, the price was WRONG. But, of course she was going to at least attempt to stand firm that I was not being overcharged. She finally admitted the board was old and the prices wrong. Why didn’t she tell me this up front, and why were they continuing to advertise at false prices? To top things off, my hamburger was cold. Back to my first statement — I wonder what kind of person trains their employees to lie to customers. What type of company encourages lying and deceipt to gain a few extra cents from the customer that pays their wages and bonuses? A lying, deceitful and dishonest company with lying, deceitful and dishonest employees.

Didn’t serve me after five minutes of waiting at the counter. Never again. No stars if possible.

Always quick and never busy. Friendly staff and clean dining area. The only downside of this Wendy’s is the location, because it’s right before a big intersection, it can be hard to get in and out of.
