Subway

My wheat bread was flaky so it probably wasn’t fresh. They didn’t put that much meat and only gave me one napkin. Great customer service though! I’ll go back!

Not sure why so many people have such negative comments about this particular location. I’ve eaten here for the last 5 years or so and it’s just what you’d expect. Sure, I’ve been to better locations but I’ve also been to worse. I saw a review saying employees won’t make anything that’s not on the menu and that hasn’t been my experience, but that might vary by employee — — just like any other fast food chain.

Bunk subway! all negative reviews about this subway are correct! in addition they will not do anything thats not on the board such as spceialties sandwiches (pizza sandwish etc…) They admit other cities make those sandwiches but here they only do whats on the board. its not like thier was a huge line, there was only one other customer.

Food was ok but the people hear are not at all friendly. Think I’ll pass coming here from now on.

I eat here a couple times a week. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I will continue eating here every week.

The sandwich for the day is guacamole chicken sandwich toasted on jalapeño bread with pepper jack cheese lettuce spinach tomatoes cucumbers green pepper and sirracha sauce

This Subway should be so lucky to receive 1 star. They act as if they don’t want to work. Another problem, they wait on who they want to regardless if you are already in line. They don’t have to worry about getting my business, I’m DONE…

As I searched and found this Subway it came as no surprise that it already had a poor rating.
Each time I have entered this Subway I have been met with impatience and rudeness on the part of its employees — especially the girl typically in charge there.
I asked to have a breakfast sandwich in a bowl (without bread). I was informed that this is impossible to provide me as they inventory the salad bowls. She told me that if I want a bowl, I must order a salad with it ($ 5.59) to put my breakfast ($ 2.79) in.
I have since learned that many other customers across all Subway restaurants have experienced the same push-​back and inflexible «customer service».
I would advise you to be more customer-​centric if you wish to stem what is clearly becoming a rapid loss in customer loyalty.
I am now reluctant to walk into a Subway after this recent experience.

Standard Jared experience. Staff is friendly. Sandwiches are $ 5 foot-​tastic. Parking structure sucks (several spots are reserved for B of A customers on 1^st level) and is a zoo since it’s also shared with a 24-​hr fitness. Make sure you aren’t in a hurry.

Not in the best location due to parking since its in a structured shared with 24hr fitness, but they staff there is fairly nice and helpful. I come here 1 – 2 times a week. The Tuna sandwiches there are the best in my opinion. Their prices are low and the food is always fresh hence their slogan eat fresh.

The people that work here are for the most part very nice and friendly. however, I have given this store many chances to not give me OLD bread. Not sure why but in the mornings especially, the bread had been regularly bad.
I always get whole wheat bread on my sandwiches. usually I come in after a hard workout at 24hr fitness, so I am more than hungry when I get their egg sandwich or veggie patty… will eat about anything! But the bread is consistently hard like an old roll that sat out too long. I think they are cutting corners by using old bread :(

I wanted to get a quick meal for my mom, bro and I since we’ve been busy with household choirs and such… so I suggested Subway. I had to go to Super King Ranch and it was right across from each other. I knew the area is known as the hood, but with its new businesses opening up here and there… the area is looking better. Well you can change the look of a «ghetto», but you can’t take the «ghetto» out of ppl…
Neways I walk in… didn’t hear a «Welcome to Subay!» I like hearing that because that lets you know that they acknowledge you and you’re NOTICED. Nope there were two women texting and chitchatting behind the counter. So I ordered my mom and bro’s food with minimal problems… I ordered mine with extra cheese: feta… it was added with an additional .50cent charge… fine… so the chick that made my sandwich walked away and another chick was finished my sandwich… I asked for a lil more cheese and wasn’t going to get more without being charged, so I passed. In my mind, I was a lil upset (not going to lie) other Subways I’ve never encountered this problem, even at my alumni school: CSUN… so i got rung up… put my debit card on the counter, got my receipt and card back and walked out… didn’t say thank you or anything… I always say thank you… but I was heated… like damn… rude from start to finish…
NEVER spending my $$$ at this particular Subway… I’ll keep my ass out the «ghetto»!!
I wish i could give a –5 stars!!! I hate bad customer service… it irks me!!!

Its like every single Subway I’ve been to.
The only exception is that it’s right next to 24hr Fitness and it’s a healthy meal to eat before or after your workout.
The patrons can be a bit «ghetto», but look at where the location is.
