Just got here and was reading the reviews to see if any other people had the same problem as me. Yes. Believe us when we say the customer service sucks ass Two girl who obviously hate their jobs, don’t care, and are not friendly at all. The one who served me was Martha she has a tattoo on her right forearm. Even with the chipotle sauce she just put literally one line no thicker than a pencil and tried to close the sand which. Yeah service sucks here. Hire some new employees who actually greet you when you walk in and start ordering

Average location. Been here a handful of times during afternoon times. Lines weren’t that long and the service was alright. No complaints. Decent place and made my sandwiches without any problems.

Walked in here to a long line. In a flash, they had the line under control and it was my turn. Maria G. is a sandwich making princess. She whipped my sandwiches out quickly, in spite of my special requests. Not only was she FAST, she was very sweet. I will be back to this location.

I have been to this particular location quite a few times even though I seem to have bad luck with the service and they’re always running out of ingredients. I think the last straw was a few weeks ago. I wasn’t sure if they were closed or not because there was an employee talking to someone in front of the door while she was supposedly taking out the trash. I look at the hours posted on the door and noticed that they didn’t close for another 15 minutes, but I just decide to ask if they were closed anyways and her answer to me after asking me what time it was, was«oh yeah, we’re already closed,» as she continues on her conversation. I guess she figured that she should just get paid for talking to her boyfriend while on company time instead generating some business! I have no problem taking my business elsewhere, which I have and haven’t had any problems!

There’s only one girl that I’ve seen that works there sometimes during the morning that is cheerful and smiles when you come in. The other two that are usually there in the morning, one in particular never smiles or looks at you in the eyes and always seems to be grumpy. Looks like she’s absolutely hates her job. Service isn’t so good.

Subway is subway. Wherever you go there’s always 2 possibilities. You get the disgruntled employee who throws your sandwich together with clenched fists and goes stingy on the toppings, or you get he competent one who puts it together with grace and speed and listens well to instruction. Either way, if you stay away from meatballs, tuna, bacon, and extra mayo, choosing subway means you’ve chosen the healthiest and freshest lunch $ 5 allows.

Food is Good and service is Good. I only have one problem with them. I get a lot of gift cards. when I tried to pay with them, they put one in and it had a balance, I gave them another gift card and they told me they could only except one per order. This wasn’t a coupon it was a gift card that was paid for and was suppose to be just like cash.

Subway The MOST stingy mofo’s in the world EATFRESH, EATFRESHMYASS Yall tryna count calories for me by skimping out on the pepperoncini’s? Its not humane. How you gon’ give me a 6in sub with 6 pepperoncini’s. That’s just wrong playa… just wrong And yes it simple to ask for more but they always make a person feel awkward. They expect you to accept the amount given. So this is where icant iwont. The bread is hard and they want to toast it… They changed the $ 5 foot-long to the $ 6 foot-long REALLY Subway you fail on so many levels.

Lol this place doesn’t have very good customer service. The two girls at the counter obviously hated their jobs and their attitude and tone of their voice show it. Plus 5 $ for a frozen mini pizza? I don’t think so. Girl: «Do you want the toppings before or after the pizza is cooked?» Me: «Oh whichever one, I don’t really mind» Girl: «…Ok … I don’t care…» Ehhh

I hope this is the location I’m looking for. I won’t write the sammich maker’s name. but she honestly needs some better customer service. You can tell she absolutely hates her job, she never smiles once, she’s super cold status, AND. she left a hair of hers in my bf’s sammich. a long one. Yuck. Very stingy when it comes to putting on the veggies, both of us always have to ask for more. Doesn’t leave the bread and cheese long enough in the oven to make it melt and toasty. My bread was a tad stale. Giving it 2 stars because the other workers are super nice. and happy. They always hook it up for me. & they make it a lot better.

One of the worst Subway franchises anywhere. Many times they claim not to have certain meats, poor customer service, sloppy and rude employees who are less than sanitary, food tastes old, bad attitudes. Location is a strip mall in NW Pasadena, not like it’s a Middle East Warzone and very safe. That has nothing to do with the quality of the worst made sandwiches that should be discounted below $ 5 here. Customer isn’t important, doing no work is for this staff. AVOIDATALLCOSTS!

I placed an order over the phone three days in advance for two 11′ party subs for my daughter’s birthday party. I showed up at the predetermined time to pick up the subs, and the employees had no sandwiches for me and no clue what I was talking about. They tried to get the manager on the phone, but said she wasn’t going to be able to do anything anyway… so we left and ordered some pizzas. In short, I hate this place for having incompetent employees… but I wish I could give a ½ star for the homeless guy who opened the door for me. He was a nice touch.

Funny thing is that sometime they charge your tax and some time, i guess depend on which cashier, the quality of the sub is average, but i think they are getting a bit worst than last time i try then. The customer service is mediocre, doesn’t get very crowded, but can be hard to find table to seat some time, no parking provided, most people park in the street(paid)
