Drive thru review.
Terrible. The cashier had attitude. The second window guy didn’t say a word and handed me the bag. Such a turn off that place. It just sucked.
To the manager,
Please retrain your employees customer service. The way they give bad customer service reflects on you. It tells me you are a bad manager. Maybe you don’t treat them right. Fix it fool

This place is a nightmare. Every time I walk piercing loud beeping is going off. It is as though no one’s paying attention to the machines in the back. It is absolutely terrible. The food is OK. A little bit below average for McDonald’s. But I just can’t go in because of all the noise.

What else is open super early in the morning where you can get something quick to eat? There’s not a whole lot of choices in the area, so this location became my destination this morning.
Here’s what I liked…
* Really friendly person at the register. I’d like to think I can tell a genuine smile from a fake one :-)
* Nice large parking lot with plenty of parking spaces.
Here’s what I didn’t like…
* The décor is a little older. The facility is clean-​ish, but looks old and dated.
* The bathroom is clean-​ish, but it looks old and dated. The tiles are falling off, and the grout is totally gross.
* The hash-​browns were a little oily, dark brown, and tasted like old oil (yuck). Need to change the frying oil!
Food = could be better.
Seating area = clean, but old-​ish
Service = friendly
Restroom = average /​clean-​ish, but not kept up and a little gross.

Worst McDonalds ever!!! If you’re eating inside plan on waiting 20 minutes for your order and plan on watching your food get cold sitting on the counter while they wait for hash browns!!! And don’t ask for salt and pepper as even there manager didn’t know where to find it!!! Avoid this place!!!

Drive thru — Filthy filthy filthy! No shakes available due to broken machine — again. Peeling paint, windows so dirty, you can’t see through them, and the line moved slower than any I’ve ever been in. Next time I have a craving, I’ll remember the dirt. Ick!

Never eat inside this location. It is very dirty and noisy. The drive thru often has a long line, but it moves fast. I stop by nearly every day to get one of their caramel frappes. They are excellent, far better than anything at Starbucks, cheaper, too.

It’s filthy outside and smelly inside. The play area looks like it was built in the ‘80s and then left to die. Trash all over the kids area when we visited. I didn’t feel comfortable eating there and had to use lots of hand sanitizer when I left. Yuck!

I have been here five times now and each time I went there my order was correct, the price was not inflated, and the fries are always hot, unlike many of the other Mc Donalds I have been to.

very nice polite people, they serve the lunch menu even after midnight. the other mcdonalds I went to on Lincoln in Altadena only serves the midnight menu, which is very limited. so if you are hungry late night make sure to go to the McDonalds on lake and not the one on Lincoln! no offense to the other mcdonalds.

No start I live close by and I always go to not drive far but they never take my order rite this time It was the last time also they never have no buffalo, barbecue or hot sauce that’s too much that’s fine one time but everytime I go that’ ridiculous I’m not coming back

Got our food chicken nuggets were old and cold, ordered the 20pc instead they gave us the 16 piece not on the menu I guess, 8 pieces in each box, also ordered a few burgers and the brea was old and hard.
Never coming to this mcdonalds again

The slowest I’ve ever seen a McDonalds, very poor service, no smiles or friendliness, and always a long rarely moving line. At least every time I’ve come in

The location is north of the 210 on Lake and in a bit of a sketchy area, however, their main saving grace is being open at 5am for the breakfast sandwich cravings on the way into work.
The drive through is enormous and I imagine the place gets busy during the lunch rush.
This location has not been remodeled yet, so it is very dated. I could almost see images of hamburgler and Grimace in the walls.

I hate reviewing fast food chain and I force myself to do so because I like rewarding great service. However, this is not the case. It seems like every time I come here, they somehow manage to screw up my order.
— I said, «No mayo.»
— I ordered grilled chicken… not fried.
— They forgot my creamer and sugar!
— They didn’t give us any straws!
It’s annoying especially when things like this happens on a few occasions. For every time they get my order right, they will get it wrong the next time.
I’m not going to discuss the food because the food is standard. However, it sucks when don’t get your food the way you ordered it. So, that ruins your fast food binging experience. When I’m stuffing my face with fast food, I at least want it the way I ordered it.
I have a mixed experience with the staff where some were friendly and inviting while others were just straight up robots and slightly rude. This annoying especially when my order is screwed up.
Anyway, I only come here because it’s the only McDonald’s in this area otherwise I would go elsewhere. *sigh*

I love McDonald’s breakfast but today, my experience at this location ruined my whole breakfast eating experience.
It was Saturday and there were super long lines. The particular line I was in was moving extremely slowly. I should have switched because the cashier was awful. He had no idea what he was doing. I’m under the impression it was his first day because he kept asking the assistant manager what to do. He had a lot of trouble ringing me up. He asked for my order over and over again, and rung it up at least four different times. Finally, the assistant manager rung it up.
He kept trying to charge separately for my drinks which were included in the meals. He also overcharged me for my drinks and did not include two of the hash browns that were included in the meals. It was upsetting and worst of all, the assistant manager didn’t really seem to care at all.
Further, my drink had particles in it which makes me think this particular location is not very clean. The hash browns were also mushy and very greasy, not crisp as I’m used to.
This is the closest one to me so inevitably I end up coming here but I will try my best to stay away from this particular location.

Chances are 50 percent of the time you will get something not right about your order.
Either the fries will be cold for the sandwich will be old.
I think most of the staff here just is doing their job they really don’t care too much about it, sad.

I’ve only dropped by this location a few times to pick up a small meal before heading up to a hike at Echo Mountain. I’ve never dined in, so I can’t say much about the place itself, but food is like any other McDonald’s Ive been to. I always get the Egg White Delight. The service is fast and I’ve had no trouble with anything else here before. This location is A-​Ok.

No stars! I’m confused. The young lady didn’t have clue as to what she was doing.
She was rude, I paid with a card, I didn’t get a receipt, a total, and she kicked us out the line once she was done with us.
Plus and on top of it all, there were egg shells in the sausage egg and cheese sandwich. It should have had billing rights, as they were so featured throughout the sandwich.

Meh, it’s a McDeez.
That messed up many orders of my bf and I’s.
But, like the German’s say. it’s still good shitsky.

Dunno why would anyone here here consider so many good burger place around the area. I only come here really for the monopoly game, hardly any free food stamp. The fries added no salt, portion is small for large. the good are the chicken burger and double double, the salad is decent, nugget pretty good, their buns are okay, for dollar menu value is hard to beat McDonald
