Burger King

everytime we visit BK (and I mean every time) our order is always wrong! The employees aren’t paying attention to anything they do! We pay extra for a certain item & don’t get it! It’s really annoying because it’s the only Burger King around us but we are tempted to stop eating at BK! Horrible

Pulled up to drive through ordered using a coupon when getting to window they rang it up at full price even after I handed them the coupon they didn’t understand why the coupon didn’t work so they said they had to charge me the full price! They said the coupon was good but that they had to go by the price on the cash register! So I told them to keep their food

Ordered a bk king sandwhich and chicken nuggets on 11/​17/​2014 at 9 pm,
By 12 am I was rolling around on the floor with severe abdominal pain. Had to miss work the next day and spent the whole day vomiting and feeling body aches.
I have been to this Burger King many times before with no problems but after this episode I doubt I will ever eat at another Burger King ever again.

Stopped in for a quick breakfast. Had a cockroach walking along the other side of my booth. Very gross

Terrible. Went to drive thru after going to universal studios and were starving, drove out of our way to go there. Took our time to order, had them recite the order and it was all correct. But when we got back to the hotel, out order was all wrong. Pain in the ass. Never go here!

Tacos are the most addicting thing my friends and I have ever had. We are obsessed. And I actually like their fries too! oreo brownie sundae is

Came here for lunch on a Tuesday between classes. It was not packed or busy but, I had to wait in line for a long time before I was attended to. Then after I ordered one burger I don’t get my order for at least 10 minutes while people who ordered bigger meals got their orders. I was starving and it took the cash register guy to keep telling the cooks to make my burger about 6 times. It wasn’t a special order burger either.
I think the person working the drive-​thru was taking my burger and giving it to the drive-​thru orders.
I was given small fries for free tho because I had to wait so long for just a buger.
Service was bad, food was decent, restaurant was clean.

Had a big sign out front that said 2 Whoppers for $ 4. Went in, and they wanted to charge me $ 4.50.
I said – look at the sign out front.
Manager’s response, «Look closer»
Using tiny stickers that are barely visible even from 10 feet away, they had added $.50.
Her reasoning – corporate actually wanted them to sell 2 Whoppers for $ 5, but she was actually doing us all a favor by selling it to us for $ 4.50.
My question was why use an old poster that had 2 Whoppers for $ 4 instead of using a newer one and crossing out the $ 5 and write in $ 4.50 instead. The manager looked confused at my reasoning.
I just paid the extra $.50 ’cause the cashier had this look of, «I get paid minimum wage; please don’t make life harder for me.»

The food isn’t that great, but when I’m desperate for something fast it will do. What I really wanted to review was this particular location.
I had ordered some food to go and was waiting for my food near the cashier. A gentleman was walking past me towards the soft drink station and instead of going around me (yes, there was space to do so), he bumped into me and starting yelling at me for bumping into him. He was so angry that he then pushed me with both hands and I stumbled a few feet in distance just to regain my balance. I’m a lady, mind you, so this «gentleman» was certainly not acting very gentlemanly.
Of course, this man was probably drunk and that was not the fault of Burger King. However, what I was saddened by was that this was all witnessed by the cashiers and though they gave me sympathetic glances, they did not do anything and did not say anything to me or to this man.
I continued to awkwardly wait for my food and he then came back and apologized to me and tried to hug me and I offered to shake his hand instead. Again, the cashiers observed this and did nothing and said nothing.
This happened on a weeknight at 5:00 p.m.
Needless to say, I go through the drive-​thru at this location from now on.

Horrible service. Unorganized staff !!! Went to drive thru for the $ 1 promo drinks first they said cash only. Then ordered 4 drinks said 2 PER CUSTOMER. So we ordered 2then made me come in to order the other 2 drinks. I waited for over 10 mins to get my drink! Ridiculous!!! Very unorganized!!! Never again!

When I go here, it’s usually the drive thru. I’ve been inside a few times, and the inside is pretty clean. The drink area is usually a bit sticky and some of the tables dirty, but I know they tend to that when they can. The staff when you are inside, are calm and courteous. As far as drive thru, here’s the scoop. For afternoon (as in past breakfast hours), you’re fine. I think I’ve had one minor error before. Breakfast, however, you need to check your bag before you leave the drive thru. I can’t emphasize that enough. At breakfast, I usually order cini-​minis, and they either forget them, forget icing, or give me 3 syrups instead, or worse, I can’t eat them because they aren’t cooked all the way through. They seem more in a rush to get you out. When you come in the afternoon, it is totally opposite; it is fast and accurate. Other than that, I like their food, it is reasonably priced, and the drive thru is open late. Be aware that since Mc Donald’s is right next door and Carl’s Jr is across the street, the area can get incredibly crowded, making getting in or out of the driveway difficult, as well as just driving on Lake Ave in that block in general.

Always always always triple check your bag. Don’t rely on what they confirm, our on what the receipt says. This is the closest location to me, but I’m starting to think that when I get the feeling for the BK Lounge, I’ll go to the location by PCC. They have never failed on my orders, and they seem to be the only store that stocks enough of the breakfast items.
Having lived in Pasadena for years, there have been many hung-​over mornings or lazy weekends where I’ll be in the mood for the Ciniminis. It seems that about 50% of my visits to this location have ended with a trip somewhere else in search of a supply of these breakfast treats. The other times when they do have the Ciniminis, they are either old, and dry, and cold, or they are underbaked so they are completely inedible. (Yes, they are baked. I used to work at a BK and did this every morning). I’d be much happier going to the grocery store to pick up some Grands Cinnabon biscuits and making them at home. Then there are the times where I get syrup instead of icing, or I get neither, or they give me Ciniminis and ketchup… because that makes sense.
Going for a burger or chicken item can be just as bad. The idea of not putting a condiment onto a sandwich seems rather difficult to handle. Asking for NO mayo results in a receipt which says NO MAYO, and a sandwich with either mayo, or a LOT of mayo. Pickles, tomatoes and onions all have this strange phenomena happen as well.
So I repeat, triple check your bag. Don’t rely on the order taker, or the receipt to tell you what’s in your bag. Nothing is more annoying than getting back home and expecting to have what you paid for, and being let down with something you can’t, won’t, or shouldn’t eat.

Okay, I’m in love with their dollar menu, both regular and breakfast wise.
This morning I had a Jr Whopper, and a 3 piece French toast sticks. $ 2, buster!
This BK is the closest one to me, so when I’m out running errands, I can go through the drive thru.
I can honestly say that their breakfast menu beats McDonald’s by a mile. It may also have something to do with their lower prices.
As my 4 star rating implies, «Yay» I’m a fan.”

This is a Good Burger King. Usually clean (drink bar has been messy from time to time). The food is fresh and the staff is friendly. It is near several fast food places, but, I like the food and service.
