Uniform Advantage

Great selection. Just a little small and crowded, but they are under construction building a much larger place.

I came to this store on a Sunday afternoon to find scrub tops and bottoms that fit me, which is sometimes a challenge because they tend to run very big on me. I tried on a very pretty scrub top from the sale section but it was in a size Small and was very baggy. I asked if they carried an XS but after checking her computer inventory, the sales clerk came up with nothing. Then she called the Uniform Advantage store down in Miami. Turned out, they had it in stock! She asked them to put it aside for me to ship to their store in Orlando.
Then I asked if she could possibly ship to my apartment, since I live about 35 minutes from the store with traffic. She said, «sure, no problem» and proceeded to ring me up. She charged me the sale price that they honored in their store, and didn’t charge anything extra for shipping!
She warned me that it might take 4 – 5 days to ship and I was okay with that because I didn’t need it right away. Well, it’s Tuesday today (just two days after I shopped at this store), and when I went to my mailbox earlier today, my scrub top had arrived! The shipping was incredibly fast, the top fits me perfectly, and it’s beautiful — just like what I tried on in the store! The customer service I experienced was awesome and I really felt like they went over and beyond to help me. I plan on shopping here for all my scrubs and nursing shoes!
