Extremely rude. The general manager was extremely rude to a Hispanic woman with four kids. I’ve never seen someone treat Hispanic woman so rude and inconsiderate and disrespectful. I will never eat here again

The food is about average just like any other Popeyes but they really need to work on their customer service and their speed. I can’t imagine how it takes so long to prepare an order, even if they don’t make it until you order it. If your on your lunch break or in a hurry, better find somewhere else. You can be the only person in line and it still takes much much longer than it should.

The place is horrible, even though the place has been remodeled, it is still dirty inside and out. Their service is not the best at all, I mean you can go to McDonalds down the road and get a better a service experiences. Their employees, play around, are confused majority of the time, and it seems like the managers and employees don’t get along together. I was in their drive thru line because the lobby closed, which I can understand that. However I noticed the night manager opened the back door and counted the number of vehicles. It’s just so ironic the when I pull up to order, being that I was the third vehicle in line, the drive employee tells me they are closed. Not to mention that I over heard the conversation of the night manager and employee, stating«tell them that we are closed». But what is funny is that the drive thru employee was rushing the person in front of me to place is order. Not to mention the employee was being rude to the customer, and told the customer in a smart ass way that all they have is mild and one side option, because the fryer is off. Really! Also what Popeyes do you know closes at 9:20pm on a Tuesday on July 7, 2015. That’s dining and drive thru. And FYI don’t try to call the 281−388−2525 phone number to that location in Alvin, Texas 77511, because they do not answer the phone.

I love the southern hospitality. I’m originally from CALI, so I don’t get the same service when I’m back in Sacramento. The general manager was so sweet and funny. There was just a few things I wish she could’ve done… like for instance, give us ketchup and hot sauce? I mean what can I say, fast food is fast food.

So this is not Good-For-Ya type food, but on Tuesday they have a special of a Leg and Thigh for .99. So for less than $ 3 you can get four pieces of chicken, and a roll. I know that the lady, the General Manager, can seem to have an attitude, but she is just doing her job as a fast food practitioner. Her job is to satisfy the customer and do it as quickly as possible. I work in Fast Food so I know the gig. If you go for lunch I have never gotten bad, left under the heat lamp too long, chicken. Generally it is so hot that I have to tear it apart and let it cool for a while. On a side note, I only frequent this place on Tuesday, and I only order the special, spicy.

Man! The women who work here are super rude! I have gone through the drive through a couple of times and have been rushed through my order. When I get to the window and pay I’m asked to pull around the front. What’s that you ask? Why? So they can keep their time down in the drive through… Let me explain… Before you judge… I’m sitting here eating my food and I hear the manager say go around again. I look up and see a Buick regal drive around six times(I counted) and the employee pulls up again and he says ok time 1.81 what? Why go through all of that and just do your job? Oh by the way I think rudeness is a requirement for hire!
