Sonic Drive In

I love the food, and I miss being able to be there! I used to work here, and I can tell you, they are doing their best! They have to serve a lot of people!

Well, I came here to get a cheeseburger after a long day, well when I got my buger it was really cold, and I hate cold food… sent it back for a fresh one, I just got my second on and its nasty…

The only reason this is getting 2 stars instead of 1 is the order taker was nice and the car hop was very sweet too. I’m not a fast food person but recently moving to Alvin there are very few choices. I used to work at Sonic 25 years ago and they used to serve good food. I’m literally appalled that someone would serve the quality of food given to me. The tater tots were so oily and had brown burnt particles on them and they even put cheese on these particles and served them to me (see photo) and there was floating grease in the tater tray. Now my burger was so charred and over cooked it was black !!! It was really burnt to a crisp and inedible. I called the manager who was very nice and she said they didn’t do it on purpose and she’d talk with them. They did do it on purpose because they had to lay cheese on top of the tots and that means they saw that and left it. I’m sickened by the laziness of the cooks and the fact they can’t even send out a decent product !! Being busy is NO excuse !!!

i disappointed to find out they got rid of the Jr chili cheese wrap and i was forced into just ordering a blue ocean water …

Sonic is gross. Fast Food is killing cuisine.
