I actually like papa john’s the best … Why did I give it 2 stars, well I ordered 2 large pizzas online a few weeks ago and when I went to go pick them up one was 3 inches smaller then the other, I don’t know what happened here, all I know is that the girl who helped me said they were short staffed? That was her excuse … She didnt even make an effort to correct it, and yes i caught it before i even left the store, Customer service refresher courses a must need at this location
