Hampton Nails

After treating myself and my cousin to pedicures and manicures, we had to come home and buff our heels because they were still quite rough. The woman that did my manicure/​pedicure was not the least bit friendly and cut me more than once when doing my cuticles. Don’t give them your money ladies.

ABSOLUTELY RUDE! Would recommend only in a real pinch. In addition to giving a mediocre manicure, this place is run by the rudest proprietor who can’t hide his distain for this customers.

This place is filthy dirty. I went a few years ago and got fungal infections in both my hands and feet. One of my toenails even fell off. I tried giving them another chance this summer because they are still in business and the place is always packed. The same thing happened: fungal infection. Stay away! This place is completely unsanitary. How the Board of Health has not shut them down is beyond me.

The place is just plain weird!
no one greets you, the manicurist does not talk to you, they get a pedicure done in 15 minutes, place looks dirty. when given feedback about the customer service the person at the desk smiled a creepy smile and rolled her eyes. It is all about the volume and not about the quality. Awful

If you want a salon experience where the manicurist completely ignores you, talks to the client next to you, never says a word to you and doesn’t thank you when you tip them — Hampton nails is for you
When I mentioned this to the woman at the desk she simply smiled at me. She doesn’t talk either
Very strange experience

I have been a year-​round customer at Hampton Nails for several years and just love this place! Lee, the owner, is always courteous and professional and the salon, itself, is always super clean. I have nothing but praise for Hampton Nails and am relieved to be able to get a great mani-​pedi, at a reasonable price, right in my neighborhood.

The owner or manager (who refused to give me his name when I called) is EXTREMELY RUDE. He is rude to his customers and employees.
A few reasons why I gave this business 1 star.
The manicure lasts only a day if that before the polish starts to chip. He wants to charge $ 15.00 for a manicure that doesn’t last more than a day? That doesn’t really make sense.
You can not make an appointment for waxing. The. 4 or 5 times that I have stopped in I am always told to come back. It’s becoming extremely frustrating. I don’t live close by. I wok about 5 minutes away. I’ve gone on my lunch break and after work and I am always told the same thing. I am sorry, but I am not going to keep stopping by and I am told the same thing .
The problem is there is not enough help.
There are so many better places that treat there customers with respects.

TERRIBLE. the owner or manager of the store is rude and treats his customers and staff the same.
he also runs an UNSANITARY practice. he was going to re-​use cuticle cutter from me to someone else without sanitizing it. I made a comment about it and he told me it is none of my business.
this is probably why its so inexpensive here — there is no practice and method of cleanliness. he just wants the volume of customers.
