Perfect spot if you’re looking for a casual dinner in the Hamptons. Came here with a group of friends for Memorial Day weekend and it was a nice break from the«scene» feel out here. This place seems to be a townie go-to. Prices are reasonable and the menu was great. I’ve been here for just the bar hundreds of times in the past and always loved the bar, but coming here for dinner was a whole new experience. Reason I gave 5 stars is because for such reasonable prices, you really get fantastic food and great service. Out waitress was extremely helpful and friendly(I think her name was Lauren?) For the Hamptons, this place is definitely a must for the people who aren’t trying to drop 300+ dollars on a family/friends dinner. I highly recommend the Asian chicken potstickers. was totally blown away by those(and only $ 10!) can’t wait to come back here for dinner this summer!

I love this spot. Warm, comfortable atmosphere, friendly staff all-around from the hostesses to bartenders, waiters and even bussers. It’s a solid local place that still caters to the high-season crowd.

Had dinner there the other night. They are always moving the tables around? Thing is they need new tables and just chairs the booth setup just doesn’t work. Your feet/legs are never comfortable under the table because of the big round iron stand. The food is okay better then Mom’s but always find it a bit salty, would prefer to have fresh herbs over salt. They do make a good drink. Good place to go watch a game. Kind of a guys place.

We were shocked by the rude service of ‘the greeter’, Maria Bernard. We went to the restaurant on a night with icy rain outside with my 90 year old father, 86 year old mother and two young children. She pushed past us several times without greeting and finally greeted us with ‘go stand over there!’(The bar). When we if we could sit at some of the 24 open seats in the restaurants she told us they couldn’t be pushed together for us even though we were the only ones waiting. She was so rude that we opted to venture back into the freezing rain rather than stay in such a negative atmosphere. Wouldn’t go back for anything.

We enjoyed our meal and the atmosphere was very good. The worst part was that our waitress was not very attentive and we literally saw her once for our order(which we waited 10 mins to give). We realize they are affiliated with Botswicks in East Hampton and prefer Indian Wells Tavern for sure, at least we are not eating off paper and plastic.

Went back last night — New Year’s Eve — before seeing G.E. Smith at the stephen talkhouse(awesome show!!!) The bar was crowded. We sat in the dining room. Started with drinks($ 10 each) and the app special of grilled artichoke($ 14)…delicious! I hope they add this to the regular menu — I would def have again! The Parmesan crusted fluke over lobster risotto($ 27)was a generous portion and very good. The Long Island duck($ 24)was crispy, with string beans and mashed potatoes. The dinging room does get crowded and loud, but the waitstaff is good and so is the food. Great place to go before the talkhouse.

Eat here as many Wednesday nights as possible… Fajitas! They are terrific… I bring my own corn tortillas as they don’t offer them(what’s that all about?) but they have no problem with me bringing my own… and no «corking charge», either… My waitress is quite the dish and my visiting friend from Austin, considered extending his visit! I told him the prime rib on Thursday was just as good! Hint hint!

Hamptons dive bar? Perhaps, but I am still a fan(never thought those words would leave my mouth). This place has quite a tasty menu and very good service. I suppose that makes this place a gastropub. My boyfriend ordered the seafood pasta that consisted of lobster, shrimp, and scallops. I’m not a huge pasta eater and thought it was absolutely delicious! I asked for a specially made martini and it came out perfect as well. The only thing I didn’t like about this place was how loud and crowded it was.

Great place to have a beer or glass of wine to watch a football game and really the only game in town in Amagansett on a Sunday night. I’ll take it.

One of my favorite places in Amagansett. Located On the Main Street so u can park I the street or in the parking lot behind the building. During the season it’s gets busy so get there early. However, it’s worth noting the tables tie over quickly. Order off the menu or off their specials. Good collection of spirits, beer, etc. Tonite we are the roast chicken with mashed potatoes, seafood pasta and an appetizer of the flat bread. High marks again for the food.

I had an average hamburger with average fries for $ 13, which seems expensive for what it is. Neither tasted great, but it sufficed for lunch. The server was nice, though! But I wouldn’t go back.

Sister restaurant of the bostwick’s folk. Smack dab in the middle of Amagansett and super convenient for the folk out in East, this little gem serves great food with great beer choices at very fair prices. Got a chicken sandwich with a gigantic side of fries for less than $ 15 which is unheard of in these parts. Gets a little noisy at times and can be quite a wait if you’re there at prime hours, but definitely a solid option in an area with sparse dining options. Parking also is easy — although can once again be a pain during peak hours.

It’s not excellent food but definitely worth the price. But you’re not really going here for the food, it’s the experience. It’s truly an East Hamptons locals place. Everybody knows everyone, like Cheers, and it’s a fun comfortable place to eat or just stop for a beer.

Excellent little gastropub with very fair prices and great draught beer. My wife had the filet topped with gorgonzola and it was delicious. But the Block Island cod & chips was a showstopper. Perhaps the best fish & chips I’ve ever had. Even beating out the fish/chips I had in London.

Indian Wells Tavern is amazing and consistent. Whenever we go, we are totally pleased with the food, wonderful welcoming service and lovely décor. Their desserts are out of this world, especially the banana taco! Go!

The food is fresh and tasty, but the noise level and price make this less appealing to me.

Dinner. Food nor service was anything to write home about. I ordered the fajitas with cheese. After waiting more than 30 minutes for food to come out, the fajitas were smothered in cheese. Fajita mix is pre-made so no option to omit any ingredients. Entrees for the rest of the table was not impressive. This seems like a good place to go to for anything but the food.

I’m a fan of this place. Maybe also I’m a little partial because this is the first place my boss took me when I first arrived in town. Casual bar scene with some good food. It has a warm and cozy feeling inside like a den, maybe with all the dark wood. I can come here by myself, come for their Tuesday steak nights, and find myself meeting some new people. You won’t find the annoying hoity toity people here. It’s relaxing and you feel like you’re away from«the scene».
