Great service, great food! Definitely somewhere that is vegetarian friendly! Had the lone star veggie sandwich and it was so delicious y’all! Congrats back very soon!

I used to love coming here but today’s visit was not good. Pretty much empty, slow service, and just there food with too much mayo. The place looked dingy. So unimpressed that I didn’t even order dessert. I will go back and try it again sometime but if is like today’s visit I guarantee I will not go back again.

My fav sandwich shop in Amarillo! Wish they had them closer to home! The Sicilian is my fav!

I thought I’d give Baker Bros one more chance since I’ve been very disappointed in my previous visits. Same disappointment as before. The portions are VERY small for the price they charge. $ 9.00 for a chicken sandwich with less chicken than you’d find in a chicken nugget. There are MUCH better values elsewhere.

Little pricey but it’s worth it. Beer cheese on baked potato. Enough said! Well it would be great if you could get a beer there.

We’re from Amarillo but we’ve been away a while. I got a salad and my man got the Reuben. He was SO upset when he got it. «I paid seven dollars for THIS?!» The meat didn’t cover the flattened bun, the sauerkraut was meager, and they’d forgotten his chips. My salad was fine; although, if the menu says it has tomato in it, there should be tomato in it… Everyone else’s sandwiches looked great, so we thought it might have been personal because of the way my bf looked. He had bed-head and was wearing his pajama bottoms. But that shouldn’t matter, right? A customer is a customer. So maybe it was just a fluke. We should have ordered the baked potato because those things are HUGE! Guess next time we’re in town and we want sandwiches we’ll be going to Jason’s Deli :(

Meh. I don’t normally allow a places ambience to influence me, I really try to make it about the food. But when the literally every table I could see has junk underneath it, including our own? Yeesh. Food was good though, I had the siciliano sandwich, very good pesto and ciabatta roll. My friend got a santa fe salad with raspberry vinagrette dressing and enjoyed it. Sweet tea was sweet but not overly so. Just man, dirty tables not bussed or swept. Place wasn’t super busy, 3:30 on a Saturday afternoon. Clean your stuff up people!

The boss described Amarillo as the armpit of Texas so I wasn’t all that excited to come here for work(no offense to Amarillo’ites, I’m just sorta squeamish about armpit gunk). Turns out it’s a much bigger city than I was expecting. I had sort of braced myself on cabbing it to work from the airport in a tractor. The fact that I got to ride in a 1989 Ford Bronco with a classy handpainted sign«Joe’s Taxis» was a plus. And then I found this place for lunch. Another plus! Super cute with fun, bustling lunch time vibe and really fresh(and huge!) lunch time options. I had the half North Beach samwich(chicken and pesto) and a cup of chili. What monster portions– I’m certain if I’d eaten it all, they woulda had to haul my behind back to the airport in a tractor! So I saved half for the hubster so he would believe me when I told him Amarillo had cool stuff. The only negative was that the brownie was sorta stale. Ok, that’s a huge negative but I’ll still give ‘em another shot next time. Armpit, here I come!

Good stuff. Sandwiches, soups, and huge salads! The sandwich combo is half a sandwich and a good-sized caesar or tossed salad– a really good deal. Try the North Beach sandwich (roasted chicken breast with basil pesto, provolone cheese and topped with red onion, tomato, lettuce and pesto mayo served on toasted Farm Bread). The only complaint is that they close at 9PM– 10PM would be much better.
