This place was amazing. The food was delicious and served quickly from our extremely awesome waiter. We were there during happy hour and got amazing deals! Everything we tried was so yummy! I can’t wait to go back the next time I’m in Amarillo!

I visit Amarillo only for business and Crush has been my saving grace since they’ve opened and every time I’m here!!! Wine selection is out of this world! The food here is very well thought out. They have a little bit of EVERYTHING which amazes me when I look at their one-page menu!!! Tonight I had the Pear Cranberry Salad and BBQ Chicken Flatbread. I was a bit disappointed in the Pear Cranberry Salad, but only because some of the salad was wilted and old which ended up ruining the rest of my field of greens(sad). HOWEVER, the Flatbread and management(and wine) made up for it!!! John(GM) came to my table, offered me another option, took said salad off my check and apologized!!! Now that my friends is how you treat your patrons!!! Salud!

Best(I think only) wine bar in town! Delicious selection of wine and craft beers, and tasty food pairings. Real trendy for Amarillo. Definitely a must try.

5 stars for food and wine. Hidden gem in a town without many good options. Deduct 2 stars after great wine and steak dinner ruined by loudmouth blowing a cotton candy vapor from a robot stick next to me at the inside bar. Apparently this is allowed at the bar which was inside. Even after I asked him to stop, the bartender was ok with loudmouth customer blowing the most obnoxious Cotton Candy flavor vapor while other paying customers were trying to enjoy $ 12 for 6oz of very good wine and $ 20 for very good steak. Perfectly nice patio outside with tables and chairs for blowing your robot stick or whatever else you want to blow while talking to your bro on your flip phone. Blowing offensive vapors on other patrons should not be allowed inside at the bar of this caliber that clearly prides themselves on their quality of food and drink. Even if it is legal. Stay classy Texas.

These guys are pulling off one of the best restaurant experiences in town. Great customer service, interesting, seasonal menu and the best beer selection around.

Great food. Be careful about the happy hour specials. If you ask for the«house» wine, it is not necessarily the HH wine. I assumed that when I asked for the house wine just like I did 2 nights ago, I would get the HH price, and that was not the case.

This was my first stop while in town, and I was not disappointed. We started out with the Jalapeño Cheese curds and Corn & Black Bean Fritters. They were both fantastic. I had the fish & chips and my friends had the steak & frites, and blackened salmon. We all thoroughly enjoyed our meals. We finished with the chocolate mousse and bread pudding. This place was great! I will definitely come back.

My family and I were staying at the Marriott across the street from Crush. It had been referred to us as a great place to check out for some food. We decided to give it a shot for lunch and were not disappointed one bit! I got the Chicken Brie sandwich and it was absolutely delicious. My mom and sister enjoyed their dip sandwiches just as much. My favorite part is that it is a wine bar! Being from Vegas, we don’t have places like this and I’m a big wine drinker. I definitely enjoyed their relaxed atmosphere to sit there and have my glass of wine with my sandwich. If I could have, I would’ve stuck around longer to have another glass. If I can, I will be going back before we leave.

I never give 5 stars but this place deserves it. Very knowledgeable bartender that actually chose all the wine on the menu. I had the Zin on tap as well as the Viognier. The Viognier was some of the best I ever had and bought #3 bottles at $ 20 each. There was a little wait for the salmon but well worth it. Cooked to perfection. I’m coming back here ever time I work in Amarillo.

This place is the bommmmb. They always have a selection of craft beers, some that rotate out to bring in new ones(which go pretty quick). They also have bombers that you can purchase to take home. We’ve tried the meat(elk) and cheese plate, and two desserts. We’re never disappointed with the customer service and waiters knowledge on good beer. They also have sponsored dinners every so often, sometimes wine, sometimes beer. We can’t wait to attend one of these! Update — for the last couple of months my husband and I have been coming every Thursday evening for date night! We’ve gotten to know the bar workers fairly well and always look forward to seeing them again. Since my first review we’ve tried way more on their menu! It’s all delicious. You literally cannot go wrong; whatever you order.

Still the BOMB… I love this place, the staff are very friendly and the environment makes this place a nice place to want to spend time and hang. The food is AMAZING, I have never been disappointed and anytime I am near Amarillo, I will do what it takes to stop at this place. The food selection is great, the prices are amazing and to me the burgers, sweet potato fries, salad, it really does not matter what you order everything is awesome. The deserts are like WOW… I have made every effort to stop at this place when passing through Texas near Amarillo and I really and truly have never been let down. Everyone I have brought with me to this place feels the same way, the price for the food you get, the quality of the food sets this place about the rest and by the steady flow of customers that come into this place on a daily basis, I am not alone in those feelings. If you are near Amarillo, you are missing a HUGE opportunity at a QUALITYMEAL in a place that has a great atmosphere with a friendly staff if you do not make the time to stop here.

My boyfriend and I ate at Crush Deli on Sept. 17 at 7pm. To be honest, we both didn’t enjoy our experience especially since the server(Kelsi) didn’t make the restaurant welcoming. Dinner started at 6:50pm To take our drink orders To give our drinks & take our meal orders To give our appetizer To give our meals Check in on meal because I made eye contact with her (we wanted our bill) Came to table due to boyfriend flagging down to get a box Gave us the box Gave us the check Picked up the bill Dinner ended at 8:15pm We walked in and saw the first available table & grabbed it(we later regretted sitting there because of all the foot traffic & the breeze from the door). We sat down at our table and looked around, we were probably sitting at least 5 minutes before we were handed a wine list/menus. Written on a chalk board behind the register listed the happy hour menu items & time. Happy Hour ended at 7:00pm which was in about 8 minutes. We waited for our server(in hopes to order from the happy hour menu), luckily she came back within 3 minutes. For an appetizer, we ordered Spinach Artichoke Dip, which was delicious(I wish there were more chips). For a meal, my boyfriend ordered the Fried Chicken & I ordered the Pear Salad with chicken. Our total bill was $ 48.71. In all honesty, I don’t know if I would be back due to the poor experience. PROS — food was awesome — beer/wine selection is extensive — atmosphere is great — outside seating(Smoking allowed) CON — Wasn’t told about happy hour or dinner specials — Parking across the street — Felt ignored by the wait-staff

I have been here twice and it is a cute little wine bar, I am very happy to see it in downtown Amarillo. They have a great selection of wine«on tap» as well as by the glass or bottle, they also have a pretty good sangria. They have a large beer selection as well. The food menu is pretty decent, I had a hummus plate which was good and a sandwich and chips. They have a large selection of sandwiches that all are delicious sounding, I ended up getting the turkey, bacon and avocado on the jalapeño corn bread. My bf ended up getting the cubano. They were both very good, the homemade chips were just OK but the salad was also good. Depending on when you go, you might get a more knowledgeable server… there is also one server there that has a sweet mustache that is a good conversation piece. All in all, it was a good experience for me.

My friend and I are in the area working and stopped by here for lunch based on Unilocal reviews and the suggestion of a friend who works in the area. This place was delicious and the food was extremely fresh. Since it’s only open for lunch, the menu is mainly composed of a variety of sandwiches that come with a choice of fruit, homemade chips, or quinoa. I had a hard time deciding which sandwich to order as they were all quite gourmet. I ended up with the salmon on flatbread with a dill cream cheese while my coworker chose the seared tuna wrap. Delicious! Mine came out with a HUGE piece of smoked salmon on top of tomatoes and flatbread with spinach. It was almost too much food, but I somehow managed to eat it all. The atmosphere is very quaint and friendly and the place has appeal as it’s located within a historic building. Since my friend and I each had several sandwiches that we wanted to choose from, we have decided that we will definitely be back before we have to head home. Prices are reasonable, mostly considering the quality and amount of food you get. And the place offers free wifi. You seat yourself and you have the option to sit inside or under a nice, large canopy outside. I recommend this place for lunch if ever in the area.

First time here. For Amarillo, this place is a gem. I stopped in after work on a business trip. They have a happy hour that starts at 5 which offers $ 5 red and white glasses of wine. I tried the red, it was a Pinot noir, not too shabby. The menu is not the most extensive thing in the world and since I was trying to eat healthier I opted for the pear salad with chicken breast. It was absolutely delicious. It appears they make their dressings for the salad and I had both the balsamic vinaigrette and raspberry vinaigrette and they were both phenomenal. They also have a very large selection of beers that I will be sure to try once I shed these extra lbs. The ambiance is pretty cool, although it seems just a tad disjointed. The servers were great and I will definitely be back.
