The breakfast here was really good… the quiche was so light and fresh…
Cute tiny banana nut muffin on each plate…
I got a side of fruit and they gave me a REAL fresh fruit cup (see pic).
I would of given 5 stars but there were flies in the pastry cabinets.

The bride ordered a wedding cake 7 days in advance, but because she didn’t pay in full 10 days in advance Belmar phoned her to get payment or they would have to cancel. Since she didn’t answer, Belmar choose to not leave voice mail and canceled the order. When the bride made a status call on her wedding day, she got their «policy», drove to the bakery to pay and confirmed a 7:45 PM delivery to a local restaurant. Belmar called the bride at 9:30 PM to notify they were late! Really??? I guess someone needs to be responsible and it might as well be the bride on her wedding day… she wasn’t doing anything else!

I’ve been going here since I was a child. I loved it then and I love it now! I still go here for a surprise treat for my two boys, I will always order cakes and all the other yummy treats offered. Never have I been dissatisfied. I will continue you to come here FOR EVER!

I am in Amarillo for business and wanted a light lunch… I stopped here on a whim because it said café… Wow was this place good! I got the turkey panini and jalapeño soup to go. Super friendly service and delicious food! I’ll be back next time I’m here!

I grew up on Belmar Bakery Princess Bars for Christmas and many other wonderful creations from there. I haven’t been there in many years and wasn’t sure if it was still as good as I remembered.
We had a 50^th anniversary party for my inlaws and I decided to order a cake from here after I saw one they had online that was beautiful. I was hesitant to order blindly over the phone but I didn’t have a choice being in Houston. So I asked the young lady on the phone if they could do a sheet cake instead of the tiered cake I saw online with the white on white piping and gold bow in Italian Cream. I went to pick up cake on day of the party and opened the box and was blown away by how beautiful and perfectly elegant this cake looked. They even put sparkling sugar across the top.
The cake was delicious and everyone ooohed and ahhhed over it. Ya’ll knocked it out of the park! Thank you!

I ordered some cookies for an event at work a few weeks ago and went by the store to pick them up. Not only were the hand-​decorated cookies adorable, they were delicious and stayed fresh for days. The café section is also a winner — with soups, sandwiches, salads, and desserts. I walked out of there with my 24 cookies, a delicious sandwich lunch box, and 2 cupcakes for a coworker and me. All were superb and I can’t wait to go back! I definitely recommend Belmar Bakery for birthdays, holidays, lunches, or just a sweet treat/

I needed something for an office birthday recently, but I stopped by too early and they weren’t open yet. They opened the door anyway and finished topping 3-​dozen fruit kolaches, so I could still make it to work on-​time. OMG! Who does that? Amazing service! The box lunches are a nice change of pace (love the turkey cranberry on cranberry bread). We tried that bierox-​thing (pastry, meat, and cabbage), but it took a lot of mustard to make it palatable to me, even though I’ve heard others rave about it. There is a little ‘Ace of Cakes’ kind of cake shop at the back of the store. We didn’t notice that until our second visit and we haven’t tried it yet, but it’s good to know, for the next time we have a special occasion to celebrate.

Stopped in moments after finding out my wife and I are having a girl. The Belmar crew hooked us up with an on-​the-​spot recreation of a cake, placing question marks in blue and pink on the outside. We had a reveal-​the-​gender party that night. When my wife sliced into the cake everyone screamed when they saw the pink (strawberry) cake beneath the frosting. It was a blast! Thanks to Belmar, we had the cake fast!
Also, the cake tasted incredible!!!

Stopped in to get lunch for my employees on a Saturday afternoon about 12:30. The place wasn’t busy I think there were about 2 – 3 tables with people. I checked over the menu and ordered 5 sandwiches and a salad. It took a long time to get the food and my order was referred to as a «real big» order several times. But once I got the food and got back to work the food was good and everyone was happy. I’ll be back but will probably call in my «real big» order next time.
