Rosa’s is basically cafeteria style fast food mexican. It’s way too expensive for what it is. The one good thing was that our food was ready on a after-church rush Sunday REALLY quick. But honestly I would rather spend the 22 $ we did for two lunches at an actual restaurant.

Great crispy tacos — always love to eat here when passing through Amarillo. Service is fast and accurate — we’ve never had a problem with messed up orders. We love to just get fresh tortillas and make burritos for our 2 youngest kids using the rice & beans provided on main entrée plates. There is plenty to share. Best ending is capping off the meal with a basket of sopapillas! We love Rosas!

We eat at Rosa’s all the time! The food is always yummy, and the décor is cool too! The staff is very polite, and we always leave full! And their cake is awesome! They also boast an impressive salsa bar!

Rosas is consistently good. They are fast even when busy. Great queso and you must try the carrot cake.

Tex-Mex somewhere between fast food and sit down restaurant. Counter line ordering. Cheap and fast enough to be worthwhile when in a hurry. Not the best tex-mex in town but very good for what it is. Queso is tasty. Beer is cold. Homemade tortillas are thick and fluffy. Thats good enough for me.

Just ate at Rosa’s and have to say I really enjoyed it. It’s too bad its done cafeteria style, but they were very fast. I had the Burrito Plate and it was great. They have a picture menu which is very helpful. The burger in the burritos was seasoned very nicely for me, great flavor. Plenty of food too. I shouldn’t have, but I had to try the Guacamole Tostada too. It was also very good, however I hadn’t had one since the 60s and was disappointed that they couldn’t warm it up for me. I live in KC and there used to be a place there(Arts) in the 60s that had warm ones and I loved them. If your ever in Amarillo it’s a good place to stop.

I didn’t care for this place at all. Food is eh. $ 5 for a gallon of tea?

The homemade tortillas are delicious, but they have some of the BEST chocolate cake I’ve ever tasted!

Love the food, but the workers are SLOW and rarely get the order right, have had to go back MANY times which is infuriating once you’ve gotten all the way home.

Well, it’s totally gringo-tastic, but it’s fast, it’s cheap and you can always sit right next to the Church group and loudly make off-color jokes about the Nintendo Wii for 45 minutes.

Rosa’s is basically Mexican fast food with an emphasis on dine-in eating. It’s not bad, per se, but it is in no stretch authentic or high quality. The fajitas are tasty and the tortillas really are delicious. But the initial excitement about the salsa bar wore off once I concluded that none of the salsas were particularly good. However, other than the fajitas, there’s nothing to recommend this place over any other Mexican fast food joint. It’s serves as a good guilty indulgence.

Great guacamole tostadas– their crispy tacos are delicious also. Nice salsa bar. Try the chocolate cake for dessert! They also have sweet tea!
