Terrible service. Stopped by on the way from Virginia to California around 2:30 pm for lunch and coffee drinks. Place was not use at all. The girl who took the order forgot about our sandwiches. When I asked about the sandwiches she said, «Oh», and started to prepare our sandwiches. Then she put them out on the counter, didn’t bring them out to us, and even forgot to call us. Simple sandwiches took 20 minutes to get them when it wasn’t busy at all.

After waiting 10 minutes in the drive through to place my order, I learned that they were out of two out of three of the lunch sandwiches. They were also out of bottled water. I am not trapped in the drive through without an order. Clearly they are having some issues here with the wait and lack of anything that normal starbucks would offer.

I legitimately come to this place every single day. The staff is friendly, the lobby is cozy, there is plenty of natural sunlight, and no matter what drink I order, it always tastes just right

World’s slowest starbucks. Thought it was a Texas thing, that they were just slower because you guys aren’t known for coffee, but I’ve been to a couple others that are normal…
Coffee tasted funny, wish I would’ve just picked up a bottled drink from the store lol

The service at this location has gone way downhill recently. Today I ordered on the mobile app and had someone pick the order up for me. AGAIN they did not bother to check the mobile order printouts. When the person that picked this order up for me, she asked how far ahead does someone need to order for it to be ready for pickup, the barista said it just depends. That is unacceptable.

This place… SMH. No sugar or stir sticks at the creamer station. Messy store. Either too few staff or too many incompetent staff. Not sure what the problem is. Got our order wrong 3 times. I would try finding one in a different town. Coffee tasted good once we got our correct order. This is the only reason I gave 2 stars

We asked for extra shots of espresso and instead we got some watered down flavored milk. Even the breakfast sandwich seemed off from others I’ve had, I don’t know how since they are frozen and just reheated. I’m pretty bummed that we have tons more miles to go on our road trip and no decent coffee to keep us going. The girl at the drive through window was friendly though.

I’m writing my review as I stand in line. At present, I’m three individuals away from placing my order and have already been standing here over 20 minutes. The employees are friendly and hard working;however, the location is tremendously understaffed. For the prime location, size of the store, and among of customers, there should at least be double the staff present. If I wasn’t in such a «need» for an americano, I would have walked out a long time ago. Corporate needs to fix this problem and quickly! [45 mins total for an americano and iced coffee.]

Dirty bathroom. This is not a gas station on Route 66. Staff needs to pay closer attention to details such as grunge around the faucet.

I frequent Starbucks all over Texas due to work travel and this is the worst Starbucks I have ever been. I have never seen so many employees and they were so slow. The cashier was very unprofessional and it’s extremely disappointing as this does not represent the Starbucks franchise!

The employees are really nice… buuuuuuuuut this location is the slowest one. I was in drive up for over 15 minutes and never moved to order. I ended up leaving a going to a competitor down the street.

This is our oasis of great coffee, clean bathrooms, and engaging conversation between Dallas and Denver. It smells so good, the coffee is always perfect, the employees are *ridiculously* cool, and the environment is spacious and child-friendly. On our road trips — that are so boring and *Texan* I want to throw pipe bombs out the window just to break the monotony — I don’t know what we’d do without this oasis of cool.

Constant consistent fast coffee all of the employees are always so nice and happy it’s 15 miles from my house but always come to this one because they will brighten your day.

There are three Starbucks in Amarillo. One is in a very nice area of town. This isn’t it.
So why is this the only one we’ll go to? For starters, the staff is always cheerful and outgoing. They get my order taken care of quickly and never seem to mind when I ask about used coffee grounds (for my garden). Best of all, my iced chai tea latte sugar free vanilla tastes the same EVERY.SINGLE.TIME. The other Starbucks? Eh, not so much.
In all the times we’ve gone, the place has been clean and the service excellent. We’ll keep coming back. :)

I’ve been to many Starbucks and I have never felt as welcomed as I did here. The staff seem to genuinely like each other and their good vibe was passed along to every customer. I gave them 5 stars because they are all superstars in this Starbucks. As for the coffee, it wasn’t bad either

Another great Starbucks that’s an easy access from eastbound I-40. I hit the drive thru for an iced coffee to get me on the way back to Dallas, and found the location placed on a very generous pad site with easy access for big vehicles. They made my drink perfectly and I was back on the highway with no issues. In short, it’s everything you want for a place that you just pop in and pop out of.
