The pizza is decent at Naples. Not the best I’ve ever had but definitely good. However, what wins me over here are their subs ordered in the home made Syrian pockets. So good! The sandwich is huge and stuffed full. The bread is always very soft and fresh. All of their subs can be put in a Syrian so definitely try your favorite in it sometime!

There are Pizza places all over the Amesbury area but if you want the real deal this is the place! From top to bottom, this pizza is built with care. The crust is a delicious thin crust type pizza so if you’re a pan pizza person this is not the place for you. The real winner here are the subs, but ask for the Syrian Bread! I got my favorite chicken finger sub in a Syrian Bread and these subs will never be the same for me. The sandwich is HUGE and the Syrian Bread is amazing. Prices are reasonable, a few times I’ve called it’s taken a while but it’s worth the wait.

Very friendly staff. Super clean premises. All staff are non-smokers(that matters to me being a non-smoker, myself). Salads, dough, and sauces are made fresh every day on premise. The high quality cold cuts are also hand cut every day on premise. All vegetables are prepped fresh daily. No canned vegetables, ever(unless you count an olive as a vegetable). The burgers are 100% angus beef. And if you order a sub, I suggest you order it on their famous Syrian bread that is also made fresh daily. Chicken Caesar, and steak and cheese on Syrian are my personal favorites!

Got a chicken parm sub here and it was… ok. The sauce was a little funky, I think they may put a little star anise in as it had a bit of a licorice flavor.

We just moved to Amesbury and were nervous about finding all new restaurants. We tried Naples thanks to a recommendation from our new neighbor. The pizza was great! We ordered a spinach, pepperoni, mushroom and feta as well as a plain cheese. The spinach and mushrooms were fresh(there’s nothing worse than canned mushrooms on a pizza) and the sauce was very flavorful. The crust was cooked just right! We will definitely be back to Naples soon!

I am widely considered as one of the premier authorities on buffalo chicken worldwide, and hands down without a doubt Naples pizza has THEBEST buffalo chicken sryian wrap that mankind has ever made. These guys are awesome, really nice people and always friendly and quick. Keep up the good work and don’t go changing Naples!

So the pizza crusts here are excellent but that’s only 1 factor. I liked the pizza so I branched out and got the chicken kabob salad. The chicken was chewy with little flavor and the iceberg lettuce was wet and gross. It’s not hard to make a decent salad. So, I tried the sub version and it’s the same thing only made worst by inedible soggy bread. So I went back to the pizza and tried the garlic and herb white pizza which unfortunately swims in grease. I then tried the vegtable calzone which was surprisingly horrible. The sauce and crust were fine but the calzone was massive and completely stuffed with tomatoes, onion, peppers, and mushrooms. All the veggies were completely raw and the ones in the middle were even cold even though the crust was fine. I guess due to the size the toppings inside weren’t cooked at all leaving the bite full of raw onion and pepper flavor and crunch. Not what I expected. I keep trying to find something I like on the menu but I guess the standard pizza is all they can do. They really should take everything else off the menu!

Pizza is good. Got a chicken kabob salad and must say I was disappointed at what I got for $ 10

Having been gluten free for almost a decade, due to allergy, I consider myself to be a good judge of a gluten free pizza. While, luckily, the area has many take out options for gf pizza — this is my absolute favorite. For those of you who miss a good take out pizza, that tastes like what you remember — this is an absolute must! The only frustration here is they are closed on Sundays. Absence makes the heart grow fonder, I say.

Great steak bomb sub! Awesome. I stumbled onto this place unexpectedly while on the job and since I was wearing a military uniform they totally took care of me. I am grateful for that. The food was terrific.

The menu posted on here is not the menu on their web site. Jessica is right, though it was very aggravating to have the menu wrong the food when we went was always good. The staff professional. We have not been back though but perhaps will try again. Her comment made me rethink.

I’ve tried every pizza place in the Amesbury/Newburyport area and this is by far the best(not to mention the cleanest!)… Naples is a nice sub/pizza shop that has fresh ingredients and great pizza. The menu isn’t overwhelming and they serve up traditional subs, syrian pockets(on homemade syrian), and quality pizza. The main reason I go here IS the pizza — its not the thick, greasy Greek pizza many places in the area serve but thin dough, sweet sauce, and crispy crust. Also to note: the place and the kitchen is literally spotless. No flies, no bugs. Clean — a welcome thing considering most pizza joints in the area are dirty. Always a welcome treat!

Best pizza in the area. So many pizza places aren’t concerned about the dough. They figure they cover it up so why bother. Not at Naples. I don’t know what he does but you can clearly taste the difference. The Pizza is fresh, the place is clean and the staff is always kind and efficient. Specials, loyalty cards and gentle prices make this an affordable every day joint.

Naples Pizza is by far Amesbury’s best option for traditional, thin crust New York style pizza. The crust is fantastic(which is really the key for us), the sauce is flavorful, and all of the toppings have been great. We’ve tried their subs also, and the Steak and Cheese and the Chicken Parm were both excellent(we ordered them both toasted). We moved to Amesbury last year, and have been very disappointed with almost all of the delivery options in town. Naples is FAR better than the other pizza/sub-joint competition around here. Flatbread is good, but if you are looking for something more traditional and less expensive, Naples is your best bet.
