I don’t know what had happened to this place. It used to be my favorite… not anymore. The pizza is always undercooked. My order has been wrong many times. I heard their is a new lady managing it. I have never seen her yet! Is she ever there? I have asked to speak with her, letting her know of the huge disappointment they are now. They have a ton of young kids working and no manager… she’s ruining a place I used to love. Hey manager…, you gotta be at the restaurant sometimes!!! Please…have someone who cares to be there manage this place!

I love this place! They have great service and the food is awesome. I had an incident with one of the girls making the food and not only did the manager offer me a full refund, but they also remade my food immediately! Great place!

Update — It appears that the staff has changed recently, and whoever is now making pizzas does a great job. Right amount of cheese, cooked right, very tasty. Definitely my favorite place in town to get pizza now, and so I have bumped my review up by two stars. I still need to re-try a sub/wrap.

I’ve lived in Amesbury 95% of my life. I love the food here. The grilled chicken is the best in town, on anything: sub, salad, pizza. I love their fries. The salads are always full and fresh. And they definitely have the best calzones in town(sorry to my previous job, but it’s true). My go-to calzone is the chicken broccoli spinach Alfredo calzone. It is so good! I will also say that I can’t ever recall them making a mistake on my order ever, which is important in the food industry.

I love the salads they have… but I do not understand the man who picks up the phone for an order. Lol most of the time I am guessing what he is saying. But vary good food.

Best pizza in Amesbury for sure, but tried a Sicilian style and thought it could be better, so would probably try else where for that.

The main qualification is that it’s open. Yeah, there isn’t anything open late night and when the rotary area becomes a ghost town, Pizza Factory is always there to save the day with mediocre pizza. It’s white flour dough, sauce and frozen cheese splayed onto your pie. It is literally your run of the mill, basic, no frills pizza. Nothing more and nothing less.

Just moved to Amesbury. My husband likes the subs & gyros… cheeseburger rocks. I cannot order anything but the steak Caesar salad… AWESOME! Always cooked perfectly with massive, tender pieces of steak. This salad scores a 10! People are very friendly. I am not a fan of Greek pizza… but they are open late & I bet an after the pub slice is a good call! I wonder why no rice pilaf with the dinners though? Still… close & tasty. Will always be back.

This place is great! Still haven’t found a place that touches their buffalo chicken calzones! I’ve been ordering from this place for years and haven’t had any problems with delivery or the workers when picking up. If you’re looking for a quick bite and want some quality food be sure to stop by «P-fac» when in the Amesbury area!

If they could actually manage to get anything right I would give them more stars. Only order here because live to close. The food isn’t come rely terrible. But like I said, they can’t get anything right and act like they don’t know where to go to deliver food, I live so close… What is wrong with the workers?

I guess this is the place to go for pizza in Amesbury. I don’t love the sweet sauce but I can live with it. My kids love the buff chicken pizza as long as we remember to say no onions. The steak subs are very fatty and pretty much impossible to eat(same with the pastrami). The cold cut subs are very good. I gave 3 stars because there is nothing overly good or bad about this restaurant.

My family and I have been coming here for years — it used to be our favorite place to go for subs and pizza. But, over the past several years, the quality of the food continues to drop. The quality of the lettuce, tomato, chicken(!!), bread(basically all the fundamental ingredients for subs/sandwiches and salads) all have gone down hill. And sizes/portions got smaller a few years ago :( This used to be our go-to place for take out food… we now frequent other local pizza shops who still seem to prioritize quality food and prices.

One of those old, well-worn, local pizza places that’s stayed in business for a reason: They’re GOOD! They’ve got a good variety of menu items to choose from: hot & cold subs, pizza, calzones, dinner plates, appetizers, salads. You really can’t go wrong with anything you order here. Awesome calzones, very good pizza, subs, buffalo fingers.

Pizza Factory is an Amesbury Legend. The pizza is great and has not too much grease but just enough to meld with the overall flavor. Cheese is fresh and sauce is made there, has a sweet taste. If you enjoy sweet pasta sauce on your pie, this is the place to go. Price — Market prices with other pizza places around the area. Crust — PERFECTO! In between thin and thick. My wife and I always get our quick pizza’s here unless we’re really spoiling ourselves and heading to the Flat Bread Pizza Factory for the atmosphere, brew on tap and a natural organic pizza.

The pizza is average — good greasy and satisfying. The service gets four stars. We had pizza delivered on a week night. After the delivery guy left we realized that he forgot to give us our onion rings. We called and he came right back and pleasantly gave us our onion rings with a smile! Then we opened the pizza box and saw that all the cheeze on our pizza had slid over to one side. We called, and the delivery guy came back again with a brand new pizza for us. Not the best pizza, but amazing service!

I love the factory! I grew up here and grew up on their pizza. When it changed hands in the late 90’s the food only got better. They improved their pizza and expanded their menu. While they are a standard Greek style pizza and subs joint they do almost everything right. I am rarely disappointed by their offerings and I’ve had close to everything on the menu over the years.(I’d say the roast beef is mediocre bit the factory isn’t a roast beef place.) PASS

Pros: Good menu for a «House of Pizza» type place. Friendly service. Open late, rare in amesbury. Cons: Pizza is really greasy… sometimes that can be a «pro»

the bf convinced me to go here for din last night because«they have the best square pizza» and they are open after 9pm which is rare in this area. So we got the pizza/salad home and much to my bf’s disappointment, the pizza was not cut in squares, it was a regular round pizza. Must be different ownership. how sad. I thought the pizza was good, esp. if you like greek-style and extra greasy. There was lots of cheese and the crust was crisp so I enjoyed it. My caesar salad was bland, but the dressing was good. Overall not too bad, the total was just over $ 17. a little pricey iMO, especially when I can get three medium pizzas from Dominos for $ 15.00 … but I digress.
