Dr. Shah made me so comfortable. I haven’t been to the dentist in awhile because as a child I was always afraid to go. They all made me feel relaxed and explained everything to me. I would definitely recommend Aspen Dental to everyone

I have insurance and they will not tell me if I will have to pay an additional amount for a regular cleaning appointment. They want me to have a full exam, x-rays, and then they will tell me what the cost will be. I just want to know if my insurance is going to cover the cost of the cleaning or if I have to pay an additional amount because what the insurance pays doesn’t match what they charge. I’m not going thru all that just for a price. Why won’t they tell you? Scammers!

Great and timely service, and they are friendly and genuinely want to help! I love stepping into this office, I think you will find a great vibe there. Plus, they have an Insurance Specialist who always spells out the details of your costs and what is covered by your provider. It makes all the difference in understanding your dental coverage. Great experience at Aspen!

This was my fourth and final trip to Aspen dental. Today was the icing on the cake after they called for two weeks to remind me of my appointment as well as receiving an email. I showed up a few minutes before my scheduled meeting and no one was at the front desk. I wrote down my name and patiently waited for 15 min only to be told they didn’t have me scheduled. The assistant went to the back after and spoke with someone else who claimed she attempted to contacted me just this morning stating that a hygienist called in and the number she called was disconnected. It apparently wasn’t the the same number they called the last two weeks on. Do not attempt to schedule appointments with them. They’ve also set me up with a recommended schedule of coming every 4 months for me to pay out of pocket because as they attempt to leach every dime out of your pocket without notice but know fare well what your insurance company is capable of. So when you do give them a call and are placed on hold right away, let that be a deterrent and a fore warning that I did let you know before hand. Good luck!
