Went 15 minutes before the closing time listed online and no one took our order after sitting at the drive thru for a good chunk of time.

Another disappointing visit to this KFC. I haven’t been here in 7 months because the last time that I came I drove 20 minutes in the opposite direction from work for tenders and potato wedges, only to find out(at 11:00 a.m.) that they were out of potato wedges. Okay, no big deal… at least the had chicken tenders. So I get to work and my tenders were very dark and not crispy at all. They looked as though they had been breaded in original flour. I was so annoyed because I went out of my way to get this crap! Then last night again, drove out of my way on the way home and when I ordered my chicken tenders I was told that they were out for the night! It was 8:45 p.m. There’s no reason they can’t go back there and bread some tenders up which takes 1 minute and another 5 minutes to cook. Either they were being lazy and didn’t wanna dirty an already cleaned kitchen, or they were out of chicken to cook. Either way, it was a huge inconvenience for me! I shouldn’t have to «call ahead» to see if they have certain items available! I doubt I will ever go back to this location. I really hope they get their act together!

If I could have given it a one I would have. Ordered a 12 piece grilled meal and 5 hot wings to much on on the way home. Wings were hard as a rock and tasteless. 12 piece was overlooked to the point my daughter could not pierce the skin of her drumstick with her fork. Simply awful

Once again, I ordered chicken and received soggy, undercooked pieces of chicken. The chicken itself is cooked throughout… it’s the batter/skin that leaves a lot to be desired. The batter on some pieces was still grey. It’s just gross. I don’t know if it’s because they didn’t fry the chicken long enough or because they stuff too many pieces into the fryer… The coleslaw also seemed a little old… I think that it was made a while back and had been sitting in the fridge for too long.

Worst KFC experience ever, for 2 times already. I’d never encountered such nano sized drumsticks except here. Drumsticks of the size of buffalo wings. Then they gave me wrong sides, made me wait, lied to me about replacing them but never materialized as they were too busy. Design of registers are so close to entrance that 3 patrons waiting in line will have the 3rd one’s back touching the main door. Stupid design. I’d give a zero star if permitted.

This place should follow the lead of the other KFCs in the area and be closed. I went at 6:00 last night to order take out and they were out of extra crispy chicken and said it would be 20 minutes before more would be ready. I order the traditional stuff instead and it tasted like it was made the day before and sat around. In previous visits they also were out of items or filled orders wrong but this is the last time I will go there. It’s probably the fault of whoever manages the place but whatever the reason there is always an issue every time I have gotten food from there.

This location shall be known as the KFC/Taco Bell that doesn’t have its stuff together. First — the positive. Whoever does the interior design for theese newer combo stores really did a nice job. It looks… classy, if such a comment is applicable. Now– the negative. How doth this location suck? Let me count the ways, based on two recent visits. In the middle of a snowfall, their credit card machine wasn’t working«due to the weather». Folks, this is 2008 and you’re opening a location in NH. Weather is not a good reason for not being able to accept payments — have a backup plan in place. Recent visit — a comedy of errors. We get to the register, and they’re out of f’ing potato wedges, one of the few edible items on the menu. While we’re waiting a silly long time for a chicken sandwich and a taco, we had the chance to watch a few people come in from the drive-through, all with the wrong orders. While I’m waiting, I head over to the soda machine, where they’re out of Mountain Dew. Nice planning and a good understanding of who goes to Taco Bell. When our food finally arrives, the bun is stale on my chicken sandwich, and the taco comes with meat instead of beans(even though the receipt clearly shows subbing beans instead of meat). I didn’t feel too bent out of shape about that one, because one of the girls who was waiting for her drive-through order to be fixed also got a taco with meat instead of beans. This location may be best summed up by the following statement: DUH!
