I have been coming here for glasses and contacts for as long as I can remember (probably 15 years, because that’s about as long as I have had glasses and/​or contacts). What keeps me coming back is the ease of setting appointments, the little to no wait time when you arrive, and the customer service.
All of the employees and doctors are helpful, courteous, and friendly. Some employees I recognize being there for as long as I have been going! I think that says something about the company, or at least this location.
Eyeglasses are ready within an hour from what I have experienced. I like that you are able to pick out your frames and have them ready with lenses on the same day. Of course this is only possible if they have everything in stock, but I have always found that to be the case. I also like that when I go for an eye exam with a contact lens fitting, they supply me with a fresh pair of contacts (again, my prescription and contact brand has always been in stock).
