The receptionist are rude. The doctors take their time between patients. Expect to wait a long time to be seen.

They did not take insurance blue cross blue shield. They just sent me a $ 500 bill for an appointment to help me with a urine infection. Blue cross blue shield indicated that this standard appointment they pay $ 128. I probably would not complain about even a $ 200 bill but this is just outragious. They even took my $ 20 copay the day I made the visit.

The front staff were fine, not overly friendly as you would expect in such a place. The nurse was very nice & knowledgable. He treated me with lots of respect. He was the only staff member who did a really good job. The PA(no doctor was onsite) did nothing except give me a referral to another doctor. I left there in more pain then when I came in. I went to the ER later that day, and I was given immediate help, and was perscribed medication that helped me. They actally told me that I should of gone to a Urgent Care type place, I then told them my story and the doctor was shocked. I have been here before and had positive experiences. I also don’t see how a PA can be running such an office. I get it was a Sunday, but still there should be a doctor on staff at all times and if not, you should be told prior to checking in. I didn’t even know that was legal.

I’m giving this location 3 stars because the front desk staff can leave you feeling annoyed. Honestly though, I have yet to find a doctors office where they don’t. I come here when my doctor can’t fit me in and I’m feeling awful. I’ve waited at most ten minutes to see a doctor and have always left feeling better whether they gave me a diagnosis or some meds. If you need a last minute urgent care center come here. Everything is done onsite including X-rays!
