They are the better scooter rental company to use. They will bring their scooters to any of the local hotels around Disneyland. Their customer service is awesome. I used them before and tried Apple Scooter this time. I will definitely go back to a scooter 4 you when i come back in July or August 2016.

I had my son come into town and he had a busy weekend planned. I recently tore my Achilles tendon and needed a power scooter to be able to go to all the places we had planned to go over the memorial weekend. i rented the scooter for 4 days for 120 bucks. the scooter broke down into 4 pieces and fit in my trunk. was worried about charge life and this thing lasted me all day at Disneyland with no problems. .used for 4 days with no problems.

I love this rental place. Been renting scooters for over 10 years and very pleased with them. Price is great. Service has been great! Cheaper than any others. Only challenge is having it the lobby early the next day. But it’s worth saving of money.

HORRIBLE RUDE OWNER!!! He ruined what could have been a good scooter experience. At the end of day 1 in Disneyland our scooter wasn’t holding a charge and the battery indicator hadn’t been moving. We called the store first thing the next morning to let them know about he scooter and the owner berated and scolded me for not phoning the night before. He proceeded to then complain about the Disney marathon that day and how inconvenient is was going to be to get the replacement scooter to us. I have never in my life had a business owner talk down to me the way he did. We have two more trips booked to Disneyland and this will be the last place I would ever rent from. I even wrote to the company and was completely ignored!!! Looking at other reviews I see that I am not the only one this has happened to.

This year Dapper Days decided to have their event on the same day as Bats Day so we knew the park would be PACKED! We didnt want to wait hours for a rental at Disneyland so we decided to take a chance & rent one locally. I am so glad we did.

I was able to spend the entire day at Disneyland and not have to worry about having my cane knocked away from me or just being too tired to walk any more.

We rented a scooter for my wife for a vacation to Disneyland and it was great it was there when we got there and she loved the scooter. It was a heavy duty scooter and was perfect for the trip so much so that my wife wanted to see if they would let her rent to own it.

Had a great experience when we rented 2 scooters for a week in October! Luckily they even held my scooters when I forgot to call and pay until the evening before. The price was amazing too! This will be my go to company for sure!

Ok these guys were CRAZY wonderful. A better price than most, GREAT service and fantastic scooter.

I rented a scooter from this company for a Carnival Cruise I booked. While I am a young, reasonably healthy person, I need knee surgery and wanted to take a trip before I had my surgery that would have me laid up for weeks of boredom.
This company was great and accommodated us. Even though the cruise lines make it difficult to have the scooter delivered and or picked up (The cruise lines WILL NOT accept a scooter and hold it until you arrive. So, one has to call and coordinate drop off and pick up to occur in a 30 min window. A Scooter 4 U does NOT have ANY control over the cruise ships policies and this is as difficult for them as it is for you) they were there on time to drop off and pick up the scooter.
The scooter was in excellent shape and boy was it fast! I actually had to turn down the speed because it was like the NASCAR of scooters.
We will be planning future trips on cruise ships and both my parents have mobility issues.
We will definitely do business with A Scooter 4 U again.

I rented a compact scooter for 3 days while in Anaheim for a convention. Online quote was easy and Ashley was extremely friendly when booking on the phone. The scooter was dropped off at my hotel, fully charged and ready to go. At the end of my stay I left the scooter at the hotel and A Scooter 4 U picked it up! The process was extremely easy and the scooter was reliable. The nice thing was it didn’t scream rental with a «rent me» sign on it. I will use this company again!

Ordered a scooter for our upcoming trip to Disneyland. Ashley was awesome. She was so helpful. The drop of and pick up service is so helpful. I am going to Disneyland with a broken foot and now I can enjoy our trip.

We rented an electric scooter for our out-​of-​state niece during our stay at Disneyland. It cost $ 120 for 4 days. The woman who I spoke to on the phone was very friendly. The scooter was dropped off at our hotel before our evening arrival. It seemed to work fine and we took it to downtown Disney. There it kept powering down and would only restart for a few seconds at a time. I called the help line and spoke to a gentleman who tried to troubleshoot the problem. He said the repairman on call couldn’t get there for another hour. We ended up having to push it all the way back to our hotel with its brakes locking up every few feet – even in the middle of busy Harbor Blvd.
A new scooter was delivered to our hotel before we planned to leave for the park the next day. This second scooter worked perfectly and was a godsend during our trip.
I called upon our return home and asked for a refund for the first day since we were unable to use the scooter. The woman on the phone cheerfully processed the refund.
I would give the company more stars except for the man on the help line. He irritated me by assuming I was a helpless woman. He talked very slowly and was acting like I was in hysterics. However, we were in the middle of downtown Disney and speaking to him over the phone was difficult with all the noise. I couldn’t hear half of what he was saying and I must have been speaking loudly to make myself heard. He perhaps mistook that for hysterics. At any rate he came across as extremely condescending. He also tried to make me admit (wrongly) that I had overloaded the scooter with grandkids. I don’t think he believed me that the scooter was for my grown niece who weighed only about 140 pounds. NO ONE else was on the scooter. I explained that several times.
All that being said, I would try them out again if we ever needed an electric scooter in Anaheim. If we hadn’t had a bad scooter to start and I if I had no need to speak to the gentleman about it, everything would have been just perfect.

We had a great experience during our 1-​week rental of a power wheelchair for our Disneyland vacation. It was easy to make the reservation several months in advance and Jerry followed up with us as our travel date got closer to make sure everything was in order. The power wheelchair was fully charged and waiting for us when we arrived at our hotel, it remained charged during all-​day use at the park, every day — we just plugged in at night as instructed. We did not have any trouble but Jerry assured us if we did to call him immediately and he would meet us wherever we were, in our hotel or in the park, to take care of it. The total cost was only $ 25/​day. We will definitely rent from AS4U when we come back to the Happiest Place on Earth!

When we first went to this store to get a scooter for my mother the owner was accommodating and catering to my mother, talked constantly about how knowledgeable he was on scooters and sold my mom n a scooter. Later, when there were problems with the scooter he was like a hot air balloon promising and assuring how good he was and would take care of any problems at a special cost to my mother. Whatever he did went wrong again and this time he kept the scooter for several months claiming that the part had to be manufactured. We think he used it as a Disneyland rental… finally got it back but whatever opinion we had of him in the beginning was changed to scoundrel and shady. Sorry, there are not that many dealers conveniently located but I suggest you find another.

HORRIBLE owner. This man should retire already. He is extremely rude and shady. Made the mistake of coming here to have my sons wheel chair fixed. Paid upfront to later find out my insurance can cover, so they issued him a check as well. He was paid twice and agreed he would give me what I had paid upfront back. I would call him to find out when I can expect my check and he would constantly give me the run around, he ran out of ink, he’s printers broken, the paper work wasn’t filled out, etc., it has taken this guy 4 months to pay me back! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE! I wish there was negative star rating, screw this place.

If I could give this place — 0 stars I would. The owner in extremely rude and disrespectful to his customers. My dad is disable and brought his scooter in to have the tires replaced. He has had my dad scooter for over a month and it is still not fixed. My dad can barely walk and needs his scooter to get around. He just called this morning to check on an ETA of when it would be done the owner got nasty with him and told him to come and pick it up he is not fixing it! So now my dad has been without a scooter for over a month and it is still not fixed. Very sad that this man takes advantage of disable people! Never ever give him your business!!!

Called to see if this store had a wheelchair trailer/​carry the owner stated I had no clue what I was talking about and then priced to tell me that the product I’m looking for doesn’t exist. I then said I does exist because another store has it and I’m trying to compare prices. The owner then said whatever and hung up the phone. I will not be recommending this store to others

Amazing staff. Owner really nice had a problem with my scooter no questions asked I had a new one with in 20min. I’m really thankful for all the help they gave my. I 100% recommend this place I did a lot of searching and the have the best deals in town.

By chance I saw two ladies at the front of the park with scooters and they highly recommended this place. I had a wonderful experience working with Jerry. I called after hours (around 8PM) needing a scooter for the next day. He coordinated with me and another guest at our hotel and I had a scooter within an hour! He was really good on the phone and patiently answered questions I had.
The way it works is that Jerry has scooters at various hotels around the park. Once you make a reservation, the scooter is ready for pick up at bell services, charged up, wiped down, and ready to go!
We stayed at the Grand California and if you’ve been there the hallways are incredibly spacious. We left ours outside to charge on an outlet in the hallway (of course took the key out) and by morning we were charged and ready to go. A full charge goes a long way — by the end of the day it wasn’t even at ¾. Shows that these scooters are well maintained. I’m used to a better turn radius and it wasn’t that great on the model we got — but we managed.
For the most part I was running after my mom in the park, but once I put my mom to sleep I went out to really see what this thing could do! I went from the Grand CA to the Disneyland Hotel to visit colleagues and I was there in less than 5 minutes! I then sped back to the Disneyland Park to catch the late show of Fantasmic — was there quicker than Snow White’s dwarf could whistle!
The rates were pretty reasonable — $ 60/​day which is $ 10 cheaper than the ones for rental at the park (which are on a first come, first serve basis). Really good service and help for those with special needs!
